It was clean the staff was attentive. The food was okay. When I signed up it said all inclusive, i did not know there was VIP they were more interested in trying to get you to attend a timeshare. I felt let down as to me all inclusive should be all inclusive They wanted you to pay more for the blue lounhe chaits, cabanas or certain restaurants and certain food and beverages. Felt mislead.
Staff is very friendly and the place was really clean
Our bad wasn’t very comfortable.
Sunset Beach is not a five-star resort. For us, it is chaos. There are just too many people and golf carts and trams, etc. all over this property. It’s loud and busy. It almost seemed like being in a busy city rather than being at the beach in Cabo. The property is so big and hilly that you virtually have to get a cart to take you anywhere. Sometimes a cart is easy to get. Other times it takes a while. Spending vacation time waiting for a tram or golf cart simply seems like a complete waste. With respect to food, a couple thoughts. First, the all inclusive package doesn’t apply at The Pacifica. It was our understanding that it applied at all Pueblo Bonito resorts, so that was disappointing and frustrating. Second, La Frida was also disappointing. The upcharge to eat there wasn’t worth it. They advertise it as a $30 upcharge, but actually charged us $35. And the food wasn’t anything special.
Place was kick ass !! Everybody was so nice ! So helpful , food was great , the views , the beautiful woman, room was awesome Best part staff was so helpful and awesome !
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Location was great, food and drinks were great. We will recommend to friends and we will come back.
This is my 8th time visiting Pueblo Bonito hotels. It is always amazing, the service, the food, the staff, the venues and overall experience keeps me coming back. Booking through Orbitz is also a breeze and the VIP treatment is above and beyond any place I stayed. As always coming back soon!
The property is so big that we can’t visit all the facilities! We’ve to order golf cart whenever we want to go out-it’s inconvenient for us.
It was absolutely the best experience staying in this resort. The staff and service was impeccable, the amenities great and the food amazing, definitely recommend and would go back.
Beautiful property with amazing staff!
Beautiful amenities, delicious food, and great ambiance. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to coming here again with my family.
Beautiful property- watch the whales swim by from your balcony. Wish there was more sit down options without surcharge.
Fantastic resort. Best I have stayed in Ever. Beautiful, amazing food, and great service.
We enjoyed our stay at this resort, the food was very tasty and they had many options. The views are incredible but the pools got crowded and the ran out of towels after lunch in the main pool. The staff was very very friendly and accommodating at all times. Our ocean view was stunning but our bed was hard and we couldn’t sleep too well. It’s a nice resort, close to town and perfect for a family vacation. If you’re looking to party, probably not the right spot for it.

Thank you so much for your feedback, that give us the tools to keep growing in order to give a better service everyday, nevertheless the cabanas has an upcharge and the blue chairs are only for elite member owners throught timeshare and like any resort we have some gold beverages and foods which have an extra charge because those are golden items like wine bottles or diferents kinds of meats which are not included in none of our packages due the prices
Staff is very friendly and the place was really clean

Dear guestWe appologize you had a bad experience at the resort but, as you know already we have five diferents hotels segments, then if you booked for the biggest complex with 756 rooms, is common to see for much people and many golf carts arround, otherwise if you had searched for another of our complexes like pueblo bonito rose or pueblo bonito los cabos which are much more smaller instead your experience would have been diferent. Now, about Pueblo Bonito Pacífica, when you booked you received a restaurant list with all the policies through email and there you was able to read that la frida restaurant and two more restaurants are subject to availability and has a cover fee, also that the only resort which is not included is Pacifica because that is the newest an exclusively complex only for adult, according your feel we terrible sorry and hope having you maybe in another of our resorts to change your experience
