The space
This is a walk street in Venice and is almost as close as you can get to the beach without actually being on the boardwalk. This property has the perfect combination; it's close to the sand, but also has peace & quiet. Another advantage is its proximity to Santa Monica which is a few streets away. You are also very close to Abbot Kinney, (walking or biking distance) labeled by LA Magazine as "LA's Hippest street". Note: the 3rd bedroom can have a King bed or two twins- Please state your preference after booking! This lucky property has its own private designated parking, which is quite rare. It also has a washer and dryer inside the unit. You have a private, fenced, patio that has lovely outdoor furniture, it's perfect for those lovely SoCal evenings. This is the lower unit in a two-unit building, your master bedroom opens right out to the sunny, gated private patio that is perfectly appointed with patio furniture, umbrella, and BBQ, providing a very nice indoor/outdoor living kind of vibe; very California! The colorful native plantings and succulents complete the setting.
