Oceanfront beach house in private gated community
Location, location, location. Oceanfront beach house in the exclusive private gated community of Portuguese Bend Beach Club. No other homes in front of you to block your view. Walk to the beach in front of your house. Direct views of the ocean, the private beach, and Catalina island from every room. Watch dolphins and surfers from your living room, or bedroom. Listen to the waves from your bedroom at night. Relax and watch the sunset from your two private oceanfront decks, equipped with a BBQ. There is also an office in the home with ocean views, which makes this the perfect place for remote workers. Hiking trails are within walking distance, or you can simply walk on the beach or go tide pooling right in front of the house. Beach amenities include volleyball, basketball, paddle tennis, pickleball, playground for the kids, basketball, public bathrooms, and fire pits. This private community is simply unbelievable!!! Home is scheduled to be completely remodeled in Spring of 2025. Under an hour drive to LAX, downtown Los Angeles, SoFi Stadium, Orange County, Hollywood, and Disneyland. Shopping is very close by. Three one four, two one eight, zero two one four.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
