No tv No tp No dishes in kitchen I’m gonna stop booking rooms through orbitz. I always get garbage service when I use orbitz. I guess hotels reserve their worst rooms for orbitz customers

The doors and walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything going on in the hallway or on the next room but otherwise it’s fine for a few nights.

Waste of money! No internet, thin walls so I heard stumping all night long and morning. I checked in to finish homework while waiting for information on a family member in the hospital on their death bed. I didn't get anything done because there was no internet and people stumped all night and morning above me. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying for what I paid versus the unavailable amenities. The room wasn't even fully stocked with the normal items.

Just more than a disappointing experience. Had to take a shower as soon as I got home.

Great for short notice stay and get in get out needs...

There were several good places to get a reasonable meal within walking distance.

Saul the manager is running the place nicely.i forget the girls name that helped me so many times,however the service was perfect ..

Hotel is accessible to various offices, restos and shops. It is family-friendly too.

The hotel room was nice. Everything was clean and neat. The staff was friendly since the moment we arrived. We could tell they were tired, but they still provided great customer service.

As expected for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful!

House keeping would have been nice, someone that works front desk in the evening.

The hotel room was satisfactory. The bathroom vent was extremely loud and had to be on in order to have the light on in the bathroom. Everything else about the room was average. The only other issue was the street to the hotel was closed. I had no notice from the hotel that the street would be closed until 4pm. I needed to check in at 3pm to get ready for an event. I couldn't get to the hotel until after 4! This caused a major inconvenience and I had no empathy from the hotel staff.

We were visiting family for thanksgiving weekend. The clerk who greeted us was friendly and helpful, but that was probably the highlight of our experience here. The bed we had was very firm (I can attest to no bed bugs during my stay), and the bathroom--while perfectly functioning--was questionable in its condition. The toilet seat had strange bubbling in the plastic that makes it look dirty, and the shower drain has mineral residue in it.

The staff does a great job at the front desk and when talking by phone. As a resident of thirty years and returning after 4 years on the road, this was the PERFECT place to stay in Torrance, CA !!!!!!!!!!
