Awesome Friendly and very accommodating staff Couldn’t ask for more They deserve a raise and a bonus

The staff were so friendly! The room was clean and affordable. 5 stars for sure

Staff was very nice. Property had a strong odor that made my clothes smell. Room floor was so dirty I had to use all my bathroom towels to walk on to keep my feet from getting black. I would not stay here again

The hotel staff is NOT remotely accomodating. I arrived around 8:30pm to check in, no one was at the front desk. I ended up having to call the location to track down someone to help me check in. Once there the lady was nice but she couldn’t find my reservation. After about 20’minutes I was checked in & onto my room. The whole front foyer and lobby of the building smells strongly of cigarettes. I believe this is because everyone smokes outside the front doors. After getting settled I went to the lobby about 30 min later after checking in to get another blanket for my room. There was no one at the front desk and the light was off. I waited several minutes as I could hear someone in the back. I walked around the corner and politely knocked on the door to the back of the office. “It’s open” snapped back.... I poked my head in and said “good evening, there is no one at the front desk, could you help me get another blanket for my room?” To which this woman, Mary I believe was her name replied- “I don’t have any blankets tonight and there is ALWAYS someone at the front desk.” “You need to go to the front desk” I responded telling her the light was off and that’s why I came around the hallway- and she cut me off and stuck her hand out saying- “go to the front desk, I don’t have any blankets.” So disrespectful and unnecessary. This hotel is awful. I won’t be back and I’ve never been so thankful to only be staying for the night.

They didn't have the full set of cookware and the staff response was dry, taking 5 hours to bring up two pans. I've been coming hear for 10 years very disappointed. But the rooms are always nice

Older hotel, smells like cigarettes, room not cleaned daily, breakfast is hot water and instat oatmeal packets. I understand you get what you pay for but I’m accustomed to much more for the price or less.

The entire third floor smelled of cigarettes. The flooring in our room was so slanted that when we put a chapstick on the floor to see how bad it was, it immediately rolled from one end of the room to the other without any force from us.

No tv No tp No dishes in kitchen I’m gonna stop booking rooms through orbitz. I always get garbage service when I use orbitz. I guess hotels reserve their worst rooms for orbitz customers

The doors and walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything going on in the hallway or on the next room but otherwise it’s fine for a few nights.

Waste of money! No internet, thin walls so I heard stumping all night long and morning. I checked in to finish homework while waiting for information on a family member in the hospital on their death bed. I didn't get anything done because there was no internet and people stumped all night and morning above me. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying for what I paid versus the unavailable amenities. The room wasn't even fully stocked with the normal items.

Just more than a disappointing experience. Had to take a shower as soon as I got home.

Decent hotel at decent price. Rooms could be more comfortable.

Horrible service venessa is so rude. I called Corp and haven't heard back yet.

I stay here every time I visit Cali but my recent trip... The bed was very discomforting but other than that , everything was fine

Served its purpose. It was close to food, shopping, and the beach.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty didn't stay the second night it was so repulsive. I can't even begin to tell you how dirty the bed was.

Great for short notice stay and get in get out needs...

They didn't have the full set of cookware and the staff response was dry, taking 5 hours to bring up two pans. I've been coming hear for 10 years very disappointed. But the rooms are always nice
