Recently renovated charming house with a beautiful backyard in a quiet, safe and lush residential area. Very well located, close to Burbank city center with lots of restaurants and shopping areas, Universal Studios (10 minutes), CBS and Warner Brothers Studios, the Equestrian Center, Burbank Airport, Toluca Lake, AMC theatres. We are also 20 minutes from Hollywood and DTLA, about 35 mn to the beach. Lots of privacy and spacious living room, ideal for families.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Cozy safe Short term rental home for a month long job

Stayed here with my wife who works remote to work a stunt show at universal studios. The home location is fantastic close to stores pharmacy and food places not to mention the park. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are really nice as well. The guest bathroom is newly remodeled with a nice shower. The backyard patio has recently been removed and furnature is getting replaced soon. Melissa was great to work with and extremly responsive and the house is well maintained. Our dog enjoyed the backyard. We felt comfortable and very safe at this house for an over month stay. Thank you!

Great long term stay

Charming small house in a fantastic location, great for families. We needed to stay during work on our home and couldn't have asked for a better location. Melissa, the manager, is fantastic--replying quickly to all messages and promptly taking care of any problems that arose. It's a wonderful place to stay.

AN ABSOUTE 5 + STAR STAY

Melissa is incredible! Responded to any question within minutes! The house is a LOT better than the photos. Everything is top notch and the house is incredibly well stocked. Could not find a single fault. Quiet peaceful neighborhood and close to everything. Melissa went way and beyond to ensure that our 40+ night stay was flawless.

Lovely home for short or lengthy stay

My family and I needed a longer term (3 month) stay while our house was being renovated and found this lovely place in Burbank. The owners were very accommodating from beginning to end. We’re a family of 5 and were able to live very comfortably during our lengthy stay. Grateful to have found this place and would highly recommend anyone needing a place to live during a renovation or transition. The neighborhood is also very nice and close to markets and restaurants.
