Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in a vintage building. Amazing location just beside the Beverly Center, quite neighborhood, close to everything: 2 miles from Beverly Hills, 4 miles from Hollywood, 2 miles from Sunset Strip, 8 miles from Santa Monica. 5 minutes walking from the CEDARS-SINAI Hospital and Melrose, 10 minutes walking from The Groove - Farmers Market. Queen size comfortable bed, full kitchen access, Tv with Netflix(no cable).
The condo is heated and features a separate bedroom. The condo also includes an ironing board.
