@stayinwhittier Guest unit 2x bedroom 1x bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has two Twins,. (Queen optional) Central air/ heat HVAC, fully furnished kitchen, parking for two cars. This space is comfortable for 2x adults and 2x kids. Ideal for a family of four. Pets are not typically allowed, but I have made exceptions . This space can be made into a five bedroom, three bathroom house. NO Party's -Immediate termination.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
