Modern LBK condo with partial ocean view! 15 steps from private beach!

Newly renovated, 2 bedroom and 2 bath (~1100 sq ft) condo steps with partial view of the beach (looking SW). Condo renovation was completed in March 2021 with premium finishes, custom trim, brand new appliances, extended countertop for eating, new walk-in showers, and custom closet space for maximum storage. This is a modern condo built for efficiency and maximum space as this is our primary residence.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a ton of storage integrated all around the bed frame. There is a small standing desk that can fit up to a 40” monitor. The walk-in closet has custom built storage space with plenty of room to hang up your clothes and two rows of shelves for all other apparel.

The guest room has a queen size bed, nightstands, and custom closet system.

Living room has a 82”TV, xfinity basic cable, access to Netflix/Hulu/Prime Video/Apple TV, wireless surround system, and full wrap around couch with power recliners.

Kitchen is fully stocked with enough to serve 6 people. Extended countertop can fit 2 people comfortably and kitchen table can seat 4. Induction stove top with a multi-functional oven (convection, air fry, normal, etc). LG smart refrigerator and washer/dryer.

Smart thermostat and smart LED strip lighting throughout the condo.

Access to gyms, hot tubs, pool, and tennis courts included.
