The space
Room in a very large, beautifully refurbished house, only a stones throw away from the Olympic Park and Leyton Football Club.

We have 3 other doubles and one single room available on the house, so please check our other listings

The property compromises of five bedrooms, two toilets and two showers, a kitchen, a 40ft garden and off street parking.

It is located near a shopping area with a few restaurants and shops, as well as a big 24h supermarket. There's also many shops, hairdressers, off licenses and restaurants in the High Street nearby.

The nearest Underground Station would be Leyton, which is 7 minutes walk from the house. From there you can hop on the Central Line to Stratford (if you'd like to visit the Olympic Park or the Westfield Shopping Centre) and to Central London (Liverpool Street, St Pauls, Oxford Street, Notting Hill...). There are also many buses to central London and other directions, some of which run 24h.

There's free breakfast to go ,tea and coffees 24/7 and I'm always a phone call away if you ever need any help.

We are friendly people looking for guests that are nice, polite and that can respect cultural differences.

What stay?

Firstly, we had two properties cancell on us, both booked thru VRBO, so I'll never use them again! Secondly, this particular property cancelled on us at 11.13 am on the day of our stay! We were already in London, having travelled down from Preston to see Guns N Roses. The cancellation left three of us knee deep in the mire, and completely wrecked our weekend. But the worst thing was the guy who called me 5 mins after I'd made the booking. His name is Faisal Fafique, do not trust this man. He rang me and asked me to cancel the booking, and pay him in cash on arrival! I politely declined, stating that I had made the booking through the app,and paid in full. He said that cash was best, and that VRBO charged too much in commission! After I returned from our trip, I messaged him to tell him what he had done to us. I reviewed a rubbishy nonsense reply about urgent repairs needed to ve made to the property! Funny thing is, I know of two other properties that needed similar emergency repairs that weekend! That's why we had to book his place on the Thursday before travelling on the Saturday. At least the other properties gave us three days notice,not 3 hrs! I will never use VRBO again, and I'll run a mile in the other direction if I ever see his name again. Now that I'm refunded, I'll be giving VRBO some grief! Please be warned. This is genuine.NEVER AGAIN.....,
