La maison est située dans un terrain de 2700m2. Sur le même, vous pouvez profiter de l'ombre d'un magnifique grand saule. Il y a aussi plusieurs cyprès, arbres fruitiers, légumes, une fontaine qui prédispose d'agréables moments autour d'un apéritif, la ferme est entièrement clôturée, vous offrant une grande intimité.
