I love the location the amenities and there were times that i just stayed in the resort due to the heat and there is so much there to keep me occupied that I didnt have to leave at all!! But one thing i didn't like is i called the front desk and the operator and no one ever answered nor attempted to call me back..

Hotel staff was awesome .. rooms and all the facilities were great we upgraded the rooms and everything was amazing ... we are sure coming back .

ok, so Vegas is generally a sad place if you think about all the misery and suffering the locals go through. You see people walking their kids on the sidewalks at midnight trying to rent themselves out. If you can get past that and are able to focus on your stay, great place to see and do things. The hotel is located right on the strip and you can walk everywhere. Don't drive, as the average traffic light is 7 minutes long. If you plan on being in doors, you will never see daylight and I think that is by plan. If you have to drive, use the side roads and not the main strip. The check-in / check-out process was super smooth and the room is beautiful with an amazing view. You don't generally smell the smoke in this place as much as you do in the other casinos, so that is a plus.

Booked this hotel originally for a girls trip but when all my girls backed out 2 days before we were supposed to leave, i had a friend pull thru & saved my weekend. We had a late check-in & the room i originally booked was not available. they put my friend & i in a King Bed room friday night but on Saturday moved us to the updated Bella Queen suite w/ strip view & it was amazing! They moved all our luggages for us so it was stress free. I have stayed at the Palazzo twice this year & would love to stay here again!

Extravagant place! My favorite hotel in Las Vegas!

Exceeded our expectations by far this was a great hotel to stay at will definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel the rooms are big and location is great. Would def recommend to everyone. By far the best hotel I've stayed in Vegas! xo

Great room with lots of space and great decor. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place but this was our fist stay and it was not as nice or fun as the times we have stayed at the Venetian. Just doesn't have the same feel as the Venetian. Like the pools at the Venetian are much better and bigger. The pools do close early at both but that's ok. Kind of strange but ok. But it was a clean and VERY NICE place to stay for my husband's birthday. We had a great time. We love Vegas but next trip most likely back to the Venetian. Try a Smores cake from Carlos Bakery; it is AMAZING! Oh and the couches in the suites were not very comfortable..

Very nice hotel. Great pools. Friendly staff. Sophisticated atmosphere. Top notch hotel!

Hotel is beautiful, clean, luxurious and comfortable. The Prestige lounge was a great add on however it was pretty busy and people are slobs. Tables left a mess and not turned over fast. But we still enjoyed the amenities. Breakfast is plentiful to start your day and the evening snacks are good to tide you over to a dinner elsewhere but some people do make that their Dinner. Free drinks 5-8pm, soft drinks always free, can't go wrong!

I have not been everywhere, but I have stayed at a majority of the major Hotel-Casinos on the strip. Overall the Palazzo/Venetian is the by far the best. The rooms, overall amenities, theme, food choice, pools, and convenience are superior.

The staff is super friendly. The rooms are super clean. Great Experience!

Very good hotel with very nice restaurants on the first floor. Good shopping with access from the hotel.

Huge room, very clean and great location on the strip.

We booked 2 King Suites and arrived 3:20pm which is after their check in time. However the rooms were not ready and the front desk person told us we either had to wait for not sure how long or take 2 rooms that are 36 rooms apart or pay additional for an upgrade. Traveling with a senior and 3 year old and having to make them trot from one end of the hotel to another just to see one another is ridiculous. After arguing for 20 minutes, another front desk person got us 2 rooms next to each other. The question is why do we need to argue and wait for 20 minutes to fight over the hotel's internal problem or pay a ransom for the upgrade???

Rooms were very large, the extra living area was a very nice benefit. We didnt give the extra area too much time, but it made a large difference when unpacking and getting ready for the evening. Paid the 50$ daily rate for use of the spa area, higher price than i was used to paying at other hotels, but a gorgeous space and so close to the pool it was so worth spending a relaxing morning in the spa, straight to the pool, then cool down in the igloo room right after. Well worth the price. Location is so close to some of the best shows around as well as the fashion mall. It was all easily accessible from walking. I was hoping they had a buffet, luckily the Wynn was right next door.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Palazzo Las Vegas. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The Palazzo was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN and easy to get around. We can't wait to visit again soon.

Beautiful hotel and overall great experience. Great location and great restaurants. The one thing about the hotel that turned me off was signing that I would not touch anything in the fridge.it is all weighed and ready to make another profit from you. I asked if I could use it for my water and was told no. We passed on maid service one day and they were determined to come in and check their fridge. Not sure how much they are making on the fridge but it became the ugly joke of our hotel.
