I loved how when we checked we were asked if we would be needing the fridge. Due to traveling with our kids we definitely needed to have fridge access. A mini frodge was sent to our room at no extra cost. Definitely will book here again when we return.

I loved the room, but the check-in time was very slow.

Nice property, one of the elite Vegas locations.. Upscale Mandalay Bay.

Pretty nice. The toilets are scary as hell and growl at you after flush.

Staff was so nice and the room was great! The cardio facility was very nice to have

Beautiful clean hotel, comfortable room, pleasant staff. Varied foning options.

Tons of entertainment, variety in food, beautiful decor. Very long waits checking in and checking out. Food was very expensive, but then again so is all of Las Vegas. We'd definitely go back.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, wonderful views, and helpful staff. Our only complaint is the in-room coffee is not complimentary.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed! My fiancé woke up with bites all over his hands. Upon turning down the bed, he found bugs, and the inside of the sheets were covered in tiny hairs. We reported this to the staff immediately. Our room was changed and we were told they would be sending in a third party to test the room for bed bugs, and we would be notified of the results. We were never contacted for the results. We had to ask the staff and go down to the desk on three different occasions to get a status report. We were told the room had been tested, and we were assured we would receive the results before we checked out on Saturday morning. Again, we never heard from them. At checkout, on our way to the airport, I asked them again what the results were, as I did not want to bring my luggage home if there was a possibility I would be bringing back bed bugs. I was told “there is someone else staying in that room, so it must have been negative.” MUST HAVE BEEN? I asked if I could obtain a copy of the results, and was told they would be emailed to me, guaranteed, by the end of the day. I have yet to receive anything. We paid a large amount of money to stay in this hotel, and no one wants to be eaten alive by any kind of bug, let alone feel extremely dismissed upon reporting the condition of the hotel. It felt as if the staff could not care less that their room was in less than satisfactory condition, and to me, this situation should have been handled in a different manner.

The room was excellent everything else in the hotel was expensive (restaurants etc)

Besutiful property, nice location. Lots of shops and things to do within hotel.

Parking sucks. There was no complimentary tea/coffee they only had purchasable tea and it was $6 a cup for me to make. Even motels offer coffee/tea.

It was exceptional. They took the best care of us.

I really liked that the tub and shower was separate from each other. It made taking a bath enjoyable. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a trash can by the toilet. Pretty inconvenient for a woman at certain times of the month. When checking out, I had a voucher valid for a $25 credit for food that I used for room service. The person who checked me out seemed very confused about the voucher. She went to 2 other people before taking the fees off. It was slightly frustrating when trying to leave to get to the airport. Overall, good stay. Just some minor issues/areas for improvement.

The rooms were spacious and very fancy. The rooms were also pricey.

This is a top-notch hotel in almost every category we experienced. Our Delano suite was simply luxurious. Staff were faultless in their kindness and assistance. We very quickly lost money playing slot machines which was startling in speed and scope. However, we did not sign up for the M Club card which may have had something to do with that. We ate at the Border Grill which was delicious and slightly over- priced. Overall, a good experience.

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Restaurant on property were awesome.

should at least offer complimentary morning coffee. Small package for $6.00 is an insult.

Great amenities and customer service. Lots of food and shopping options. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Only complain is the charge for use of refrigerator.

Great stay! Will definetly come back. The only thing missing was free coffee in the room.
