Didn't like the fact that I was charged an early check out fee. It didn't make sense considering I checked out 6pm the morning before I was leaving for my flight
Just as I remembered it but with some new restaurants!
Kids loved the beach!!! Recommend hotel for families
It is a wonderfull place. I coming to Mandalay Bay 3th time. And every next time it place becomes better and better. Last visit was an amazing. Thank You, Mandalay Bay Team. With my experience, i had a big support for all my needs.( tickets, scuter, green line to concert, help with directions.) We will back in May 2019.
Pools clean, service was great as well as food. Also had good entertainment .
We were able to check in immediately upon arriving and several hours before the official check-in time. We had a problem with a sink that was quickly fixed. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. I will stay at Mandalay Bay next year too.
Only 2 people where working at the check in line. After an exhausting 6hr trip.i was expecting to be able to check in within 15minutes. It lasted about 50min. Staff was rude
Much like most hotels in Vegas for the most part a great place to stay.
everything was great. very nice place to stay. we were upgraded to the Delano.
Overall experience was good. Hotel staff are great. I booked the Elite Suite room thinking it would be better than regular room but a little disappointed with the view. I should have just book regular room and save some money.
Great time, wonderful service! The pools, the food and the experience is fantastic!
I didn’t have to leave the hotel everything was there me and my wife liked will come back
We were very excited to stay at Mandalay Bay! Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin and we could hear normal conversations our next door neighbors were having. Then, they started smoking pot, and the smoke started coming into our room. You also have to park what feels a mile away from the lobby and elevator to the rooms. Positives are.. Michael Jackson One is there.
Very clean, very big room. Worth every cent. My husband and I were very pleAsed.
Amazing room, bed was so comfortable and the bathroom, OMG amazing. Tables where at 15 min do we went to gamble at a different hotel, but for sleeping Mandalay was amazing.
The received great customer service during my stay! The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. The room was also very clean, nice and the bed was comfortable. I love the exterior architecture and the water falls. I will definitely stay there again!
Overall the hotel was just OK. Would I stay there again? Probably not. From the beginning of the stay it was about 25 minute wait to get checked in. I guess this is expected for most resorts in Vegas. Food we ate there was not as good as expected. Better options can be found elsewhere for food. Distance to the strip is reasonable but be prepared for at least a good 20 to 30 minute walk to the main part of the strip. The room was ok. In the bathroom, it was nice to have two sinks. The tub would not drain properly. The toilet seat would not stay up. The toilet paper was some cheap 1 ply that you would expect at a motel or something. The room we had a nice view of the pool but one night we could hear loud music at night from a club party. Most of the experience are kind of on the negative side. But if you can look past the complaints I had, you probably wouldn't mind the place.
Great time great experience would definitely recommend
Great hotel stay! Had an awesome time. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The pool and beach were relaxing. We enjoyed eating at the buffet. There was variety of types of food to select.
I called and asked to have my bed sheets changed and for fresh towels. I received the towels but the bed never got changed. Asking for $50 for a chair by the "beach" when most of them are empty and the place is not busy is not good customer service especially at 4pm. Slow service at the pool, takes 35-45 minutes for drinks.
