Great location and the pool area was great. Although I knew before upon booking, the resort fees and parking added to the end of the trip is a negative.

The hotel was pretty far from all the shopping areas.the transit was sort of helpful in taking us to the luxor however we still had to walk aboit 5 miles to get to shopping areas

Just feel your constantly being taken advantage of. The hotel knows they have you, being so far on the end of the strip.

Expensive food and drinks are way over priced. Got a $180.00 good comp from players club for the Strip Steak restaurant we my wife and l each got an 8 oz. steak , 2" square piece of corn bread sample size, one $11.00 Kailua and milk for my wife one $9.00 Corona beer for myself Total Cost $185.00 Plus Tip. Unreal However the chef did send 3 different flavoured French fries with dipping sauce instead of bread which one would normally get at a normal reastaurnt before your meal arrives

I really love this hotel. I traveled with my kids and wife, they have so much fun at the pool while I was reading and working with a refreshing bloody mary. I would like to go back again soon. I will appreciate if you let me know when you have good rates available.

I came back to stay in Mandalay Bay after 3 years of staying in different resorts in LV. I had some bad experiences that time and I never planned to stay there anymore. BUT I have some very good friends coming from Europe and they ask me to take chance to stay in this resort. Well- about 7-8 years ago we had great time there. Why not to try again. And what a positive SUPRICE . Everything was perfect. . Starting from check in - all possible positions was open . Only what I heard was NO PROBLEM line was long stuff was so quick . They send us to our rooms 2 hour early ! Rooms was nicely remodeled and clean we went to swimming pools - great. We in joy casino - friendly stuff helped lose my money . Yes - if You loosing money at least I want to see friendly person doing his job not angry Man on other side of table . What I can say - they got me back I’m coming back this summer

Here for a convention. The comfortable bed, big bathtub and great tv made for a relaxing stay. One cons no free coffee in the room.

We booked the Mandalay Bay through Orbitz, and no one mentioned that our accommodations were really at the Delano hotel next door, but attached to the Mandalay Bay. We valet parked at the Mandalay, stood in line to check in to the Mandalay, but were told, when we reached the desk, that we were actually booked for the Delano. We were happy with our accommodations, but our complaint is that somewhere on Orbitz reservation, the name Delano should have been mentioned. Delano has it’s own check in desk, it’s own garage. Would definitely stay at the Delano again, but just note that in the reservation.

Everything was awesome but had to think twice about spending $23 for a frozen pina colada by the pool.

It took two hours and five minutes to check in at Mandalay Bay only to find out they overbooked a GM conference and kicked us out of our RESERVED ROOM. They sent us to a sister property where the shower water was always cold, the pool closed early, the bathroom outlets didn't work and we didn't even have a way to get to the new hotel. Orbitz and the flights were great but the hotel stay was the worst. I will be complaining to the upper management of Mandalay Bay this week!!!!!

Todo bien nada más que no nos explicaron lo de unos cargo extras pero no los quitaron por que no nos explicaron y también cuando usé mi reservación decía estacionamiento gratis y no era cierto page 15 por noche

The hotel make a charge that i dont make. ----------------------------------------------//

Very nice. But they try and nickel and dime you to death, like I am guessing most of the hotels here. Resort fee, $5 in room coffee, $25 burger. They are not shy about charging for the convieniences that they offer.

Cleaning staff did not clean the room very well such as the carpet.

The hotel is definitely one of the best on the strip. We had a strip side view with a queen suite. There's no better combination. The negative was the hold time when calling down to guest services. At one point I had to wait almost 15 minutes. I realize they are busy. However, for the amount paying, I believe that should not happen. When I actually went down to the front desk area, there were only 2 attendants working with about 5 people in line. Come on Delano, a couple more staff people available would take care of the problem. Overall, though, the hotel, room, amenities were all top shelf.

While the actual hotel décor and pool area are very nice, this was an extremely frustrating stay, and we are unlikely going to stay here again, unless just for one night for the pool for the kids. The night staff at the front desk were rude and didn't even apologize when we had to go back because the keys they gave us didn't open the room. The sink made loud beating noises, the tv was pixelated, and someone may have had a pet in the room, because our allergies went nuts. When we called, the girl offered me a room on the 10th floor, with a view of the casino roof that we could change to, or a de-odorizer to try to clean the air. We had our 5 year old and it's 10 at night, so we didn't want to spend an hour moving to a worse room, so we opted for the de-oderizer. However, half an hour later when it arrives, the guy tells us we can't be in the room while it runs! We have a 5 year old and it's now 10:30pm, we can't take him to the casino all night long! The morning manager helped make up for them by being professional and empathetic and for arranging a new room for us on a higher floor. Additionally, we felt like the hotel was surcharging everything from parking to resort fee, to even charging $5/cup for the in-room coffee - something that is free in literally every other hotel I have ever stayed in. And, beware! Because in almost invisible yellow ink, there is also a $50 fee to restock the mini-bar. Why yellow, tiny font if you're not trying to trap your guests?!

Our room exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect and more than we expected. This hotel is a little further down the strip which we preferred. House keeping also did an amazing job cleaning our room and neatly organized my makeup and things I had left lying on the sink when they cleaned up!! I highly recommend staying here!!

Awesome experience , 3 pools and plenty of food places.

The rooms are in a great condition and are serviced on time everyday. Room service and hotel facilities are adequate.

Way too many hidden fees. When checking in and checking out.
