Beautiful View, Free Valet (first come, 1st serve) We are excited to offer our guests the Signature MGM condo-hotel! Access to all amenities at MGM Grand and MGM Signature, including the MGM Grand Pool, Wet Republic Etc. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, offers huge rooms at great prices! The Property connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Please arrive early, as there may be a wait during check-in.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, dishwasher, entertainment center including a flat screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air conditioned, with free Wi-Fi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

Hi, We stayed at the studio for 3 nights and loved it!! So quiet and felt absolutely safe! We were able to prepare our own food and coffee in morning and then walk right out to the strip and enjoy our stay without needing vehicle. The day we wanted to go to Freemont Street we just got a pass for the Deuce bus and got on in basically right out front of MGM and enjoyed the ride. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
