Liked the location. Room was clean and in good condition. Staff was helpful with any concerns. Would come again.

Check-in was horrendous. It took 20 min and I had booked through Orbitz. For some reason the computer had a credit card that clerk had no idea where it came from and she took FOREVER to get it off and put mine in. I had already paid through Orbitz. I better not find I was doubled charged. Large selection for breakfast but coffee was tasteless. Hotel needs upgrading. Convenient to most attractions.

The staff was polite but the condition of the rooms and property were terrible. the hallways and rooms smelled of dirt, body oder and feces. flooring is old and tattered, coming up off the subfloor. everything is outdated. It really needs to be renovated and brought up to the standards I would hope Quality Inn should have

We stay here when visiting family in the area several times a year, very convenient and reasonably priced. We have always rated 5 stars for cleanliness, accommodating staff and nice breakfast. However this stay was a disappointment. On day 2, after a long day, Came back to a room that had not been attended to at all! Managers were pleasant, but it would have been nice to have been compensated for the inconvenience.

Truck traffic was all night long so noisy. Nice room but crowded at bfst. Good selection and choices.

It was a nice hotel, just what we needed after driving quite a distance. Staff was helpful and very nice, got our room right away. Thank you “ Quality Inn.”

Good location, needs to work on her lobby we didn’t know where was the entry of the hotel. Good service.

In our first room, the sheets hadn't been changed from the prior guests. They just remade the bed. Both rooms we had during out stay had cheap laminate floors that weren't assembled correctly. This place is clearly managed poorly.

The rooms don't look as nice as the stock photos, but you can tell they've been updated recently. Better lighting in the room, and water pressure from the shower would've been nice. The temperature outside was below freezing all week, but the heat and hot water inside worked great. The front desk staff was friendly, and housekeeping did their job without asking. This hotel is within walking distance, or a very short drive, to an indoor water park, Dutch Wonderland, Walmart, Tanger Outlets, and several restaurants. Best of all, the affordable rate made our stay a great value. Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

The hotel has been renovated and looks comfortable,and cozy.Rooms are clean,but The bathroom doors still smelling like fresh paint And the bathtub can use some upgrade..the Bathtub looked like it was repainted and the Paint was peeling off.Otherwise,it is ok just To spend a weekend to visit the nearby outlets and Amenities.
