"I have to give it 5 stars even though their fees are a bit ridiculous. The resort itself is beautiful, so clean, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay. The proximity to Disney’s Boardwalk was by far the best part of the trip. We took the short walk over for breakfast and dinner and shopping. It’s nice to be able to take the boats or walk to HS and Epcot if you’re visiting the parks. The pools were nice and clean, though the chairs get reserved quickly so keep in mind to get out there early. They do supply life vests and towels, as well as all toiletries in the room, though we prefer to bring our own, it’s nice to have! There was also a nice night on the beach and Disney music playing outside by the fountain on the walk over to the Swan, which was a nice touch. The fees… $50 per night resort fee and $38 per night parking is a bit much. I understand all the non-Disney owned resorts have some sort of fees but this is definitely one of the highest I’ve ever encountered and will be the reason we do not return which is so unfortunate since we loved it so much. It’ll be our go to resort for one night stays if we choose to visit that way, otherwise we’ll look elsewhere."

"Very nice hotel... this was our 3rd time staying and we like the location and the value they provide. Very nice pool area. Only one negative this time - you have to order your drinks and food around the pool on an app. Last time we were there that was not in place. They need to bring back LIVE people taking your order. "
