Overall it's good, two indidents I don't like is that some of the guest there seems little bit off. One incident is that there is a guess bumping the elevator for unknow reason and scare everybody. Another one is one of the guest mind seems a little bit off membering things in front of the building.

We are Hilton honor members who stay at Hiltons all the time. This time we were stuck in a small corner room next to all the personnel doors and far away from main area. We asked to change rooms, but the front desk associate told us the only option was another puilding even farther away from the main area. Trust me, we won’t make this mistake again.

The hotel was clean, just dated with paint chipping, drywall breaking off and some of the outlets not working. However, had a great time. Staff was wonderful. Any concerns that I had. They were addressed right away. The pool was great. The entertainment was great overall experience was a 10 out of 10.

love the lazy river aspect and the music. I would prefer more calypso music with more of an island vibe but understand the DJs want to get people to interact. I like the DJ they did good job. Also, found that more cleaning staff is required. The staff does a good job but they seem to require more people just alot of work for so few. Also when checking in my room the maid missed providing shampoo and conditioner and toilet paper had to ask for more the first day because they missed filling it up. However, the staff did provide in timely manner.

Very nice hotel that nickel and dimed us to death. Exorbitant prices on everything including charging $1.50 for a small plastic cup of ice water at the pool. $45/day to valet park because the self park options was way too far for us older folks to walk. Expedia “charged” us a deposit but it did not show up at the hotel so we had to dispute that. Was not charged to my husbands card yet but we had a receipt that showed we’d paid. Now I have to look into this when we get home. Staff was very friendly and kind. Lots of very inconsiderate people leaving their dirty pool towels laying around so seats were very hard to come by. They should have an attendant going around picking up after these nasty people and keeping the chairs freed up. Clientele aside, the pool was absolutely gorgeous. We paid extra for a fireworks view room and were able to see both Magic Kingdom and Epcot fireworks nightly which was awesome!

The property is located in a convenient location. However, the walls are paper thin, it almost sounded as if our neighbors were in our hotel room. Rooms are a bit outdated as well. They also charge a bunch of resort fees that you won’t know about until you leave. Overall, I won’t be back

The location was convenient to Disneyworld and Disney Springs. There was also a shuttle to all the parks. The food choices were ok. The lazy river and pool were a hit with my kids.

Concerns regarding my recent stay

First and foremost, the lazy river area was chaotic due to the lack of staff presence to enforce any poolside rules. Children were collecting and stacking all the tubes, leaving other guests unable to find one when entering the water. They were also throwing balls across the lazy river, which made it anything but relaxing. Additionally, kids were running around the pool area, creating safety concerns and making it uncomfortable for guests who simply wanted to unwind. What’s frustrating is that there was a separate pool available where kids could have played and swum freely without disrupting others. On top of that, the outdoor patio of our room was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing to see upon arrival. The bathroom was also very outdated and rough in appearance. The shower had cracks that were visibly dirty, and overall it didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. To make matters worse, we also found a bug in the room, which was extremely unsettling and unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. We chose your hotel expecting a relaxing and comfortable experience, but these issues significantly detracted from that. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing changes to improve the guest experience moving forward.
