The rental ad clean, the kitchen was great. The size and comfort the living space wonderful and the covered deck was really nice and we used it a lot. I would definitely stay there again. I loved being on a second floor. Very peaceful while being downtown. Perfect.

Madeline Island Stay

Great location! Walking distance to coffee shop, bakery, laundry mat, bars, restaurants, bike rentals, art gallery and ferry. The place could sleep up to 8. Dining sating for up to 10. Large open kitchen. A/C worked great. Patio area and deck that you can utilize.

First visit to Madeline Island

The lodging was walking distance from the ferry, local restaurants, and sights. Its a short drive to Big Bay Stay Park. Lodging was comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is a great VRBO. However, this year, the neighboring unit was loud and the music from the nearby bar was also loud. Neighbors are always “luck of the draw”. Also, note that the neighbors remote disrupted the movie we were watching.

Wonderful time

We had an amazing stay on the island. The condo was really nice it had a deck to sit out on, a big kitchen and grill for meals and was located in town close to everything. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place, cannot wait to return!

Dave was an amazing, responsive, kind, and helpful host when planning this getaway for my parent's 25th anniversary. All I heard from my mom was how cute the VRBO was, and how they appreciated the location on the island. My parents loved it so much, and I cannot wait to travel there now. Excellent experience! Could not recommend Dave and the property enough.

This place is amazing! It’s a one bedroom but also bunk beds, huge reclining sectional and two other sofas. Huge kitchen and dining area. Nice bathroom and water pressure. Everything is. Bright floor plan. Walking distance to everything. Owners very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

At first glance it was a really nice place. That was until we found street and narcotic prescription drugs (with labels scratched off) in the night stand. They state "The concrete forms offer a quiet sanctuary within your space". Yeah nope. Walls are paper thin. You could hear everything. So it was far from a quiet sanctuary. You could literally hear someone fart in the next unit. There was a dirty plate and a dirty pan found mixed in with the clean dishes, so we washed everything we used before using it. Who ever is in charge of cleaning and inspecting definitely didn't do their job. When certain issues were brought to the host attention there was just excuse after excuse on why it was like that. We will definitely not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. The island itself was amazing. We will be returning to island just different accommodations.

Location!

This property is perfectly located in the center of town. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck and watch all of the community activities. We enjoyed a scenic day at the Big Bay Town Park, and enjoyed live music at The Bell Street Inn. Our unit was spotless, spacious,and updated. The hosts made everything super easy during our stay. We couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Wedding Rental-the perfect stay

My husband and I finally got to have our wedding party after long delays due to COVID, and we had been working with the Bellstreet for lodging since day 1. Dave was so fantastic to work with throughout the entire process and made sure our stay was special and perfect. Dave also helped us through some last minute wedding issues that happened to us and truly allowed us to have the best wedding week, he even checked in on us when we arrived. The location in town is perfect and walking distance to everything. We could have asked for a better stay for our wedding week!

Wonderful stay overall

This location was wonderful! We were very pleased with our stay. The space is very large and well furnished and decorated. The outdoor space was lovely, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony during a heavy rainstorm. Our only complaint was that the couch was pretty well-used, and there were TONS of crumbs between the cushions. We threw the extra sheets and comforter over it to make ourselves feel more comfortable. I recommend that couch is replaced or VERY well-cleaned.
