We are only 1 mins away from 32 square, 3 minutes away to Jaya 33 Shopping Mall & JioSpace, Copper Mansion Restaurant, Jaya Shopping Mall and Digital Mall

We are next to Federal highway, only about 15 minutes to Kuala Lumpur City Center.

This place is suitable for family gathering, company meeting , team building, photo/videoshooting, wedding and etc. Please inform us in advance as extra charges applied.

FREE -Able to accommodate up to 5 cars to park inside the house compound and ample of parking spaces outside

**THE BEDROOM**
There are total 4 rooms and the bed arrangement as below:
For downstairs ( ground floor), we have 1 Room with 2 queen bed
For upstairs,
we have 3 rooms.

1 Master Room with 3 queen bed
1 Medium Room with 2 queen bed
1 Medium Room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed
All rooms are
-Fully air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant night's sleep.
-Total 2 hair dryer provided. 1 Hair Dryer in Master Room and 1 Hair dryer for Medium Room
-Towels are provided to all guests

A cosy, relaxing, fun filled area that comes with:

Our dry and wet kitchen with good lighting complete with:
- Induction Cooker
- Water Filter Dispenser ( Filtered Hot and Warm water) for a healthy drink
- Glasses, mugs, cutleries and plates
- A frying wok, a frying pan and a small pot
- A cutting board, kitchen knives and cooking utensil
- A refrigerator, a microwave and a water kettle
- A water purifier for a healthy drink
- A front load washing machine
- An Ironing board and iron

We have total 3 toilets in this homestay.

**TOILETRIES**
Body shampoo, Hair shampoo, Hand wash liquid and towels are provided

Step outside and you'll find a lovely garden area where you can unwind and enjoy the Malaysian sunshine.

Other things to note
We reserve the right without prior notice, to forfeit deposit & immediately cancel the booking / staying contract if we find guest that do not corporate with the house rules as below.
** Cleaning fees RM200 or above will applied if any guests break the rules as stated below.

(1) Please KEEP CLEAN , Wash Up ALL Utensils after use and return to original state.

(2) NO SMOKING INSIDE the Homestay. Cigarettes butts found inside or smoking smell found, Rm500 penalty applied.

(3) PETS is NOT ALLOWED INSIDE the Homestay.

(4) All rubbish MUST packed and throw into Garbage Bin located just outside of the gate.

(5) NO SHOES INSIDE the Homestay.

(6) Strictly don’t make noise outdoor and lower down the music during quiet hour (after 10pm). If we received any complaint from the neighbours, we may direct report POLICE and PENALTY RM1000.

(7) When leaving the Homestay, please TURN OFF air-conditioners, lights and fans.

(8) If you are decorating the Homestay in any way. Please inform us in advance and do not leave any decorations or stacks behind. RM500 required to charge as paint and labors fees.

(9) Do not take any spare mattress, blankets, pillows and bedsheet without permission. If items inside the home stay is missing, broken ,damage or unremovable stain, fees will be collected to replace the new one.

(10) Please locks the door whenever you leave the premise. Please double check your belongings before you check out, make sure nothing left behind . We are not responsible for the safety of your personal belongings. Lost of Keys penalty Rm300.

(11) The Guest must declare the correct number of Guests during booking and must inform us if this changes. Extra charges may be applicable if the number of Guests differs from the number on the booking.

(12) Please inform us if the place are using for event purpose ( Charges applies). We welcome:
