We did not have WiFi for the first 24 hours of our stay. I reported the issue immediately after check-in, but it was only resolved after 24 hours — and only after I requested a refund.That means we were without WiFi for more than one-third of our 66-hour booking, which is significant — especially since reliable internet was listed as an amenity.Even after it was restored, the connection was extremely poor. I had work commitments and was forced to leave the property and go to Starbucks to complete my work because the WiFi was unusable. On top of that, paper towel was not provided and didn't get any response after raising the issue.Given the circumstances, I believe a partial refund is reasonable.
