Ocean front villa!

Welcome to our two bedroom ocean front Windswept Villa!

Our remodeled, ocean front first floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom villa is centrally located in Kiawah's East Beach Village. It is just steps to the beautiful 10 miles of beach, the five star Sanctuary Hotel and Spa are just a short walk away. The Roy Barth Tennis Center is a quick bike ride, and the top notch golf courses (including The Ocean Course) are just a short drive away. The brand new East Beach Town Center, where you can get some casual food, a bottle of wine or some last minute necessities, is just across the way.

Our villa includes an open floor plan, WiFi and all the amenities needed for a first class experience. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new appliances and is well stocked with cooking utensils to prepare a first class meal. The living room has been redecorated with all new furniture, art, a large 54" flat screen tv, and freshly painted. Each bedroom has a flat screen television. The master bedroom has a queen bed, beautiful ocean views, and the private bathroom has a spacious large walk in shower, oversized single vanity, and new walk in closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a single 36" vanity. We have an oversized deck that has beautiful ocean views. Part of the deck is covered so one can still be outside if wanting to enjoy a rain shower or just get out of the sun. There is a walk in laundry/pantry with side by side washer and dryer.
The building does have an elevator, but is easier and closer to use the stairs.

All cleaning guidelines from the CDC and the Medical University of South Carolina are being met and exceeded by our property management.

Since we do not rent through the resort, our guests do not have resort pool privileges.

Family trip to Kiawah

We had a wonderful stay in the Windswept Villa! It was clean and welcoming upon our arrival and had a beautiful view of the beach from the family room and master bedroom! We enjoyed curling up in the window nook in the family room! The decor was so well done and we loved the artwork in each room. The kitchen was very well organized and all of the equipment was in great condition. We felt right at home and had a lovely stay! Thank you!

Great family time

This villa was perfect for a relaxing week for our family of four. It was a very welcoming home that had everything we needed and more! We also loved the location. We biked everywhere and didn't use our car all week long. There are so many great outdoor activities on Kiawah that are easy to access from this location. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Kiawah!

Wonderful get-a-way

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this impeccably clean and well appointed villa. The oversize deck was perfect for relaxing while taking in the view of the beautiful beach. Beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable. Also loved having Keurig so my husband and I could separately brew our favorites. Overall great experience!

Friends’ respite

Have stayed at many places in Kiawah and elsewhere and this condo was lovely. Hosts include special touches to furnishings and art and details. The deck is a great place to chill after a long walk on the beach and read for hours. Perfect space for our Kiawah stay.

Absolutely gorgeous property - beautifully decorated, so clean, and access to the ocean is fantastic! The beach is just steps away - private beach that goes on forever! The deck is large & so lively to have coffee on in the morning while watching the waves! The resort atmosphere is wonderful with trails and a lovely store so close! Close to many sites and we also enjoyed access to the Sanctuary for a drink overlooking the ocean! We travel frequently & feel this so one of the best places we’ve ever been! Love to come back!

Family Getaway

My Wife, Son and I were lucky enough to be able to stay here for a week beginning May 11th. The property was even better than advertised - immaculately clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and easily accessible! The deck overlooking the Ocean was obviously a favorite place to hang out over coffee in the morning, or a drink after (and before) dinner. What a great place to unwind, to enjoy nature all around, to watch deer graze near the path to the beach, etc. Courtenay, the Owner, was very kind and responsive to a few inquiries we had. We cant say enough about the beauty of the place and its setting, and its equally great Owners. We didnt want to leave, and look forward to coming back whenver we can!

Family trip

We had an amazing time staying at this villa. Courtenay was terrific- she answered any questions I had prior to the trip and had plenty of information and recommendations waiting in a book when we got there, along with a cute welcome package. The villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed, even things I wouldn’t have thought of such as stain remover in the laundry room! My two daughters ages 6 and 3 loved sharing the room with the twin beds, and we all loved using the big porch. The window seat was my favorite spot to read and relax with a view of the ocean. The villa was very conveniently located - a short walk to the beach, close to the market and playground, and near the Sanctuary hotel. Thanks for making this a great trip for us- we will definitely be back!
