DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Start your vacation on island time in this cozy Conch home in the eclectic community of Bahama Village. Enter the home on your private front porch into the comfortable living space. Steps down the hall you will find your fully equipped kitchen with great natural lighting and tropical vegetation beyond the window's view. Upstairs lies the master suite with an adjoining office space that leads out to the upstairs balcony with seating overlooking the quaint neighborhood. There is a poolside cottage which is great for privacy for those traveling with other couples. Decorated with tasteful, nautical decor and outfitted with comfortable furnishings, this home has you feeling like you are on vacation just stepping through the front door.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
The master suite comes with a king bed, walk in closet and an en suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and washer/dryer. The downstairs queen guest room comes with a queen bed, plenty of closet space and an adjoining full bathroom with a shower/tub combination that also opens up to the hallway. The poolside cottage comes with a queen bed, flat screen TV, sitting area with a mini fridge and an en suite full bathroom with a shower.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Enjoy the refreshing pool with a cocktail in hand in your tropical backyard oasis. Dine under the stars or sip your morning coffee at the dining table with seating for four. There is a gas grill on site to enjoy your favorite catch of the day. Not pictured are two lounge chairs to enjoy while basking in the sunshine. Take a short bike ride or walk to all the nearby attractions and the island's best bars and restaurants.

PETS...
Dogs and cats allowed--only one large dog per reservation. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Great KW house in great location!

Super cute house in a perfect location to walk to everything. Including the beach, restaurants and shops on Duval and the Hemingway house. Some maintenance issues with the house were promptly addressed by Brian the property manager who was responsive and communicative. Pool is a great asset and very private back yard. Neighbors can be noisy but respected requests to turn down music late at night. Would recommend for a larger family or multiple couples.

Wonderful Month

We had an excellent month in Key West. This property was clean and well maintained. The pool was heated and cleaned/maintained weekly. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were high quality. They had room for all of our belongings for the month especially in the kitchen. The etched glasses in the kitchen with the house name was a nice touch! The neighborhood could be kind of loud at 2am on certain days but not always. The neighborhood was in a great location for walking/biking to restaurants and Fort Zach beach. We would stay here again.

I’m thankful to have come across this rental. Had a couple simple issues, but property manager was very responsive and handled my issue quickly. Perfect location. Close to work, and the “action” (downtown Duval st.)

Property was clean and a nice size. The pool and guest house made the property very convenient for the family. Location was quiet and a quick walk to everything. Jorge the property manager was very responsive and helpful.
