Kahana Manor 312 is a newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 3rd floor that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Elevator access makes it convenient for all, and inside, ceiling fans in each room, and one portable air conditioner is available in the bedroom. The open-concept living area is bright and welcoming with floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with olive oil, salt & pepper for your convenience. The lanai is a great place to lounge and take in Maui's stunning sunsets. The tranquil bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For additional guests, there is a new queen-size sofa bed in the living area. (Please note that new photos of the new sofa bed are pending.) The condo includes a washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and enjoy an extended stay.
*** Kahana Manor has an elevator renovation project, estimated to be completed by April 2025. There is an elevator at the north and south entrances of the building. One elevator will be worked on at a time during the building elevator renovation. ***
