New construction with high ceilings and hardwood floors on the main level. Master bedroom has a walk in closet. Every room has a balcony. Walking distance to the shopping center with Publix supermarket. Gated community offers the in-ground heated pool, club house with gym and pool table. Close to the beach, marina, world class shopping and restaurants. Close to Rt 95.
