Iturup Etorofu Vacation Packages

Per the directions from the front desk, my room was super far from self park - through very busy, crowded areas. Upon checkout, luggage services walked my luggage to the car using a route that took about 1/4 the steps. It would have been helpful for the front desk to give more user friendly directions.

The property was decent, and maintenance and cleanliness were fine, but it's not been updated much, and they were short staffed. The room night price seemed high relative to value. Would recommend, as the staff they have is enthusiastic, and the location is in the midst of everything South Beach.

Stayed here for 5 nights - they charged a daily resort fee but closed off the pool at 2 PM on NYE for their private event. If you went to the beach they make you go through a long detour through another hotel in order to get back, with lack of clear signage or staff to redirect the traffic, horrible. The maid service on NYE was horrible, didn't provide us with fresh towels or replenish the shampoo/conditiner/body wash. The price you are paying does not justify for the quality of service you are receiving.
