Welcome to our bright and sunny dog-friendly apartment in Ithaca. Take a short walk or bike ride to Cornell's North Campus (.5 miles), Forest Home and Cayuga Heights neighborhoods, or drive to nearby Flat Rock (.7 miles), the Cornell Botanic Gardens (.8 miles), or Sapsucker Woods (1.3 miles). We are conveniently located 2.2 miles from the airport. Enjoy our place year-round for your visit to Cornell University or Ithaca College, or as as your launch point for your relaxing getaway in the Finger Lakes.

It's hard to beat our location - The property is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and is walking distance to Cornell's North Campus and Botanic Gardens. Easy access to Rt 13 from Warren Road makes this the perfect launch point for exploring all that Ithaca has to offer.

We absolved this space. Amazing views and quiet peaceful setting. We came to town for a conference and because of the great location we had time for three gorge hikes and an evening at a local winery. The Botanical Gardens at Cornell’s also a highlight.

Beautiful view

The apartment is very roomy upstairs. Water pressure is fantastic. The view is beautiful and greeted by five deer in the yard upon arrival.
