Port O'Call C103 - Ocean View - Ground Floor Steps From Pool/Beach

Port O'Call C103 has an Ocean front swimming pool; just steps from the beautiful sea.

The World renowned Wild Dunes has two championship 18 hole golf courses, multiple practice facilities. The Links Course clubhouse is just a good 4 iron away from C103 with a pro shop, full service bar and restaurant. Hiking, biking and running trails are all available resort recreation options.

The luxurious interior, can accommodate up to 4 adults. It features a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed. The sofa folds out to a queen bed. A super functional kitchen and dining nook plus a screened-in porch dining area are options for amazing sunrise breakfast or those nights when you feel like staying in.

Wild Dunes Resort has multiple dining options. Charleston and all of its attractions is just a 17 mile drive or Uber away.

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Starter kit is provided which includes toiletry amenities and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags) for the first 24-48 hours of your trip.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.

Great Beach Stay

The stay was great. Everything was as listed. Very clean, just steps to the beach. Everything we needed we had. We had an issue with the dryer but aside form that nothing prevented us from having a good time. Highly recommend renting with Palm Blvd properties, Hugh and team are great!

This was a perfect little condo for our beach vacation. It's clean, safe, has good parking, and bike access. You can also step off the back sunroom and be at the pool in 10 seconds and on the beach in 45 seconds.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our almost two-year-old and we loved it! The location is very convenient, and the pool and beach are right there. The decor is super beachy and the place was clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Highly recommend!

Relaxing, quiet community, beach view within a hundred or so yards of the beach, private pool. One restaurant within walking distance. Rode out hurricane Ian in complete comfort and with only a brief (< 1 Min.) power outage... Nicely appointed, clean place... Bring extra TP, perhaps, if you have a wife, and ziplocks and chip clips...

Perfect Labor Day Vacation

Port O Call

This was a wonderful vacation. Property was as listed, no unpleasant surprises at all. Our location was convenient to both pool and beach, as advertised. This unit has every comfort of home, appliances are either new or very well maintained. The recommendations for local services were thorough and quite useful. Any question we had was answered in the handy binder provided. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
