All bedrooms were thoughtfully designed so all guests have similar amenities. All bedrooms have either king or queen beds - no small beds here! All bedrooms have smart TVs, blackout curtains, luggage racks, an extra blanket, and luxurious new mattresses for the best night’s sleep! Some bedrooms feature designer Schumacher wallpaper and all are decorated in a tropical regency theme. Every bedroom and sleeping space in this home is designed with care to ensure guests experience unmatched comfort and luxury.

All bathrooms have quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. All bathrooms have a hairdryer in the cabinet below the sink. Plenty of towels are provided; we even provide beach towels!

The home features a reverse open floor plan with the main living area on the top floor. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open to each other creating one large grand space perfect for entertaining your large group! The bright cooking space was designed to handle cooking meals for large groups in style, and has all the appliances and pots, pans, bakeware, dishes and utensils to cook a Thanksgiving feast! This kitchen is outfitted with a massive sub zero fridge, undercounter Kitchenaid ice maker, two dishwashers and gas range with electric telescoping downdraft hood.
There is a Keurig K duo coffee maker that has the ability to use single k-cups or brew a whole pot for your large group. We want you to have a little Charleston souvenir immediately upon arrival, so we provide a full-sized bag of local organic coffee from Charleston Coffee Roasters. We also have a french press for coffee brewing purists. You will find plenty of dishwasher detergent, paper towels, extra trash bags, dish soap, coffee, creamer, and sugar packets. Most other homes on Isle of Palms only provide starter packs of these consumables.
Play an album from Taylor Swift, Bob Marley or the Eagles on the record player while you enjoy cooking dinner in the palatial kitchen. We have several board games perfect for an after dinner family activity! Please be aware the fireplace is currently disabled and not available for use.

This house boasts over 3,000SF of outdoor living space!! There are three levels of decks, a backyard, and multiple seating areas so guests can spread out if they need a moment of solitude.
The backyard has a nice Weber grill with side burner for frying your fresh-caught fish, a rolling cooler for drinks, and a putting green that doubles as a bocce court.
The third floor lounge deck has a comfortable lounge area and outdoor dining area with high-top tables and chairs for eight. Enjoy sunrise and sunset from the outdoor dining area for a great start or end to the day!
The sunset rooftop deck is complete with cafe lighting, barstools, chaise lounges, and comfortable seating around a propane fire pit table. Enjoy sunbathing during the day, then transition to a stunning sunset before the milky way and millions of stars appear.
☆☆Saltwater Pool☆☆
The second floor screened-in porch features a comfortable lounge-style seating area, saltwater pool (Heat optional. See below) and a separate seating area outside the master bedroom for enjoying morning coffee!
We’re happy to offer a heated pool to enhance your stay! The pool can be heated for $100 per night the home is rented. If you’d like to add pool heat to your reservation, just let us know! (Pool heat not available in June or July)

Have a blast with your friends playing foosball, try out the huge air hockey table or ping pong table. Watch your favorite movie on the 85” smart tv while pouring a Arnold Palmer at the tiki bar.

A washer and dryer are located on the second floor with laundry detergent provided during your stay. An iron and ironing board are also available in the laundry room.

There is space for up to 9 vehicles at the property with up to 7 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage. Bringing your boat on vacation? There is a hose adjacent to the driveway so you can rise off the salty water after a day on the water. The nearest boat ramp is only a two minute drive away. Boat envy? Would you rather rent a boat? We can connect you with our friends at Isle of Palms Marina for a great rate!
You will love the outdoor shower as you wash the sand away after a long day at the beach. Take advantage of the nice beach cart with 6 beach chairs and test out one of the two boogie boards. Explore the whole island on one of our four beach bikes with super-cute matching helmets.

Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold
It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. Guest may choose to do EITHER a security hold OR a non-refundable damage waiver of $52. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps. Signed rental agreement due within 24 hours of booking. This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside and outside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and humidity) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. There are two exterior cameras for surveillance on the property on the front porch and driveway. They record video and audio.
