The entrance/exit into the community is from the main gate located on Monroe St and between Ave 48 & 49. You'll get a pass for the duration of your stay to go in and out.
There is no street parking from the hours of 11pm and 8am.

Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. When you leave, do your best to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived (minus normal usage of course). There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
Garbage: Please leave the garbage near the trash bins in the garage. The trash is collected on Monday mornings, please leave all trash at the curb on Sunday evening.
NO refunds can be given for festival dates, including coachella weekends april 10th-13th - april 17th-20th and april 24th-27th.
Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented gas-fired fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials into the fireplace. Before you leave: - Turn off all lights and electrical devices - Lock all doors

***BEWARE!! It’s a Coachella Trap House
So, we chose this location after moving from out of state, while looking for a home in the CV area. It was listed as being in great condition (as shown & described in the pics). But it was FAR from being great. Upon arrival & entry into the home, there was dirt, dead bugs, and dirty stained floor at the entrance. Furniture was outdated, broken, stained, scratched up, dishes were anciently stained & dusty, stove was disgustingly dirty & stained w/food stuck to it. There was a broken shot glass in the garbage disposal. The dishwasher was filled w/dirty water that smelled up the entire house. We couldn’t even use it. The kitchen counters had bugs galore and the house had lingering flies. So we went out and had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the home before we even Used anything. The bathrooms were filthy, the laundry room was also disgusting. It looked as if it hadn’t been used in years. Let’s talk about the beds. The beds are cheap mattresses being held up by generic platform frames that are supported w/duct tape. If you’re into bars being jammed into your back then this is the place for you! We actually had to go to our storage locker to grab our air mattresses in fear of being attacked by bed bugs. We asked the property manager for a cleaning refund seeing we cleaned the place before & after & he agreed. Unfortunately, he lied & never refunded us, Even after asking 3X’s. He should have paid us for cleaning that dump. So beware of any properties mngr by that bum.
