Imagine Yourself In A Modern Loft With Stunning Views Of The Lake & Mountain
This a brand new 2 bedroom self contained apartment with amazing views of Lake Whakaipo Bay and Views of both the Ski fields mountains and Rural out look. The space has separate living area and a kitchenette. The place is heated with a heat pump/air-conditioning. There is massive views from living area of the lake, ski fields and rural outlook. Our loft is only 10 minutes drive from town and is located in a quiet rural outlook in a gated community. Down the road there is lovely Cafe for dining and the lake is a few drive away. The apartment is above the garage with its own private entrance separate from the main house which we live in ourselves. There is a covered outdoor deck with the views to die for.
There are stairs to climb and there is no safety gate for the little kids. For elderly there is a lift which can be used on request. We are up the top of Taupo so it can be windy sometimes.
Block out curtains for a good night sleep . Nice walk way around the place and there is tennis court for guests to use.
