A Perfect Stay for Zion Canyon Trip

The property was perfect for three families with seven kids. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The lazy river at the community swimming pool was a hit with the kids—it quickly became their favorite spot. This place is a must-stay!

Vacation

Perfect location for us to enjoy Zion and Bryce as well as your suggestions of sand hollow and. Quail Creek. Everyone enjoyed the almost private pool area. Fantastic stay

Rappelling Utah with Friends

Two of us flew in from Iowa to do a Utah rappelling trip! Four friends from Utah joined us for the adventure we all stayed in the home, place was perfect! Clean quiet neighborhood easy access to everything! The house was clean beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you we will be back!

Great place to stay

We had a good time and the house was neat and clean with ample space. We were 5 people and enjoyed our stay as this location is close to the park and has most of the amenities required. Highly recommended and good host support during your stay.

Great place to stay near Zion

Check in was easy, property was clean and well maintained. Everything was comfortable, and we enjoyed the clubhouse amenities. We'll definitely stay again the next time we head out that way.

Family trip

Location and pool were great! Carpet very dirty, didn’t care for my grandchildren having to play on it. Furniture was not in the best shape, and there is very little outside furniture and what is there is in pretty bad shape as well. The house sleeps 20. We were a party of 8. There were 3 coffee cups 2 wine glasses a handful of glasses. We called and complained about the coffee cups and was told we would get some the next day and they never came. We had to wash all the towels and strip the beds which is pretty difficult when you are trying to catch a plane in the am, and paid a cleaning fee.

A great place for a getaway!

We loved the property, which was located in a convenient area for our bachelor party (Zion and Bryce Canyon NPs). While the outside area was small (and there were no chairs on the balcony) we loved the inside of the house which was even bigger than the pictures! At the beginning of our communications with the property, we felt a little uneasy, but we are so thankful we stayed, as the communication improved significantly as we approached our stay. Our family members stayed the following week during our wedding and LOVED the place, too. We would definitely stay again!

2123 House Review

Listing info showed condo to be directly across from pool but not true. Having a special needs nephew we rented based on that. House needs repairs in kitchen area (drawer not fitted properly causing us to walk into it and island trim sticking out exposing nails. Not nearly enough kitchen supplies…this includes coffee mugs, cups, plates, utensils…we were 12 but house sleeps 24…could also use more cooking utensils. Not nearly enough seating in common area or at kitchen table. The only seating in living room is a couch (seats maybe 6 if cozy up)that has recliners on both ends but no floor outlets to plug into so can not use as such. Also, smoke detectors laying in one of the bedrooms and many lights out in bathrooms. Overall would not stay at this property again, nor recommend to others.

Comfortable for our Group

The home fit our needs. The pool was fun. It was clean and nice. We had 20 in our group but the dining seating is for about 12, so we set up a folding table with chairs. The kitchen tools and accessories are pretty minimal. Towels are minimal—less than 20 if you don’t count pool towels. We brought pool towels so it all worked out.

Perfect for big families

We traveled with multiple families to Zion and Bryce. This home easily accommodated all of us. Plenty of bathrooms/ privacy. The pool was gorgeous and a huge hit with the kids. I would say the only downfall is it feels like a rental- floors were a little dirty / carpet worn. But overall- still would rate it a 5 star! Great for big / multiple families!

Great stay!

We had a church youth group stay at the property and had a great experience. The end unit was very convenient to the pool and clubhouse, the home was clean and well-equipped and proximity to event locations like Sand Hollow and Zions convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Traveling mom

This house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for what our family needed for the weekend. Everyone was very comfortable. Only warning, even with paying a cleaning fee, you have to strip beds, make sure every dish is washed, laundry started or they're huge fees.

Lovely Home

This was a lovely home. My friends, their family and my own family really enjoyed our stay in your home. It was very convenient. It was close to Zion and Sand Hollow State Park. It was also close to many restaurants and stores. We greatly enjoyed the pizza at Dixie’s Pizza Wagon. We had an amazing time at the pool which was only a short walk away. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Great Family Reunion location

My family of 4 siblings with spouses and children had a great stay here. The location had easy access to many of the great offerings of the Hurricane area, and the house was spacious enough to fit everyone. The kids especially loved the pool.

Enjoyed our Zion Vacation

We truly enjoyed our vacation. There was plenty of space for us to stretch out without getting in each other’s way. The kids loved the clubhouse and spent most of their downtime there. We’d definitely return.

Beautiful and Spacious Rental

This place was perfect for our family. The 11 of us fit very comfortably with lots of room To spare! The beds were comfortable and the location to the clubhouse/pool was great. Carpet could use a good clean. But the rest of the property was clean and perfect for our stay. Will definitely come back!

Have communication issue

1) It was hard to communicate with this property manager. I had sent several emails asking for information prior to the checking but he/she doesn't bother to response., 2) When checking property had a lot of dust. bed covers and pillows look like they hardly washed. I contacted the manager he said would send someone over but no one showed up! 3) Actual condo was not the photo showed in Vrbo.. Owner should honestly show the true outside the condo .

Terrible

Initially the place looked good. But we quickly started noticing that the place was dirty. I’m not even sure where to start. The day we got there I had to wash all the linens on the beds because part or my guest said there sheets were dirty . There was food left in the oven, dirty dishes in the cabinet. So we know the place was not cleaned. We had 22 guest and not enough towels for everyone. We bought several hundred dollars worth of food and the freezer did not cool properly so that wasted food. House was hot because the AC was not functioning properly. There was trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi and when I reached out I never got a response. Terrible communication! The dryer did not work well and the linen closet was ruffled through. Lines where on the floor. It was a mess! We couldn’t use the ping pong table or foosball because the ping pong table was broken and the foosball was missing balls. No garage door opener found so we had to keep coming inside to open door. My guest and I actually left the house cleaner than what we walked into.

Beautiful and spacious

We came to Utah for a hiking trip with a family group of 7. This place was a perfect central location for us. It had 6 bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining/living room area to hang out at the end of the day. It was very clean. Easy check in/out process and a responsive host. Thanks for sharing your place.
