The neighborhood is very peaceful and has an upscale atmosphere, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy nature. The condo is nestled back in the golf course of Sawmill Creek. The condo has an open floor plan. There are two private king bedroom suites on the first floor of the condo along with two full bathrooms. The loft area has a queen bed and it is an open space with no private door. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed. The condo has a washer and dryer for guests to use. Guests can enjoy and relax on the patio in the backyard while gazing into the golf course that surrounds the back of the condo.
The condo has a garage right across from it. Guests can use the garage to store kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and bikes.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.
** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. ** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 8 guests. **This condo is not wheelchair accessible.
**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

A New Go-To Spot!
My family takes several trips per year to Cedar Point per year, and we’ve tried most all the hotels in the area. This stay was a very nice change of pace, especially since we also love to golf! The Pro Shop even gave us the ‘owner’s rate’ on a round of golf after telling them we were doing a vacation rental there. The location of this condo is super convenient to all area attractions. The unit itself is simply lovely and incredibly comfortable and well-appointed from the kitchen to all the bed and bath linens. We had plenty of room to spread out, which is great when traveling with teens. Hosts were highly responsive and check-in / check-out was a breeze. Having a washer / dryer was a really nice bonus too and we loved watching the sunrise from the huge private patio. It was also a nice convenience being co-located with the Sawmill Creek resort as we took advantage of eating at the restaurants on site, which were great. Would also recommend taking a short trip down the road to Jordan’s Diner for breakfast, which was out of this world. This location is absolutely on our short list for future stays.
