CUTE CONDO WITH PROBLEMS

Check in was easy and we were allowed to check in a few hours early. The condo was clean for the most part. Some areas had alot of dust on them. We realized on day two that the garbage disposal did not work properly and when you used the dishwasher it backed up into the sink. The main toilet did not flush properly, and the lights in the living room did not work. I contacted the host, and she was very responsive. She said she knew about the garbage disposal before we arrived. She said she could get someone out to fix the other two issues the next day, but we were not going to cancel our plans and wait for someone to come out. We took this trip for a charity event and could not miss that day. I understand things can mes up, but knowing about the problem with the dishwaher and disposal and not getting it fixed before we checked is why I would not recommend this property.

This is a nice condo in an area under renovation and improvement. It was a good fit for our family; we needed an overflow place to sleep. The decor dictated our choice; It was very masculine and the airplanes added the perfect touch.

The best part of our visit to Huntsville

Beautiful home located relatively close to everything. We came to town for the second day of South Star Music Festival. Due to the rain from hurricane Helene and the first day of the festival day 2 was canceled. Very disappointing. But we made the most of the trip and the house was great. We always have our dogs with us and this was perfect. Behind the units is a school with a very large field that’s fenced in. It’s behind the school and it was the weekend so we figured they wouldn’t mind walking the dogs in there. Perfect place to run them and let them stretch their legs. We always clean up after them so don’t worry.

Wonderful experience.

This location was perfect and had a great industrial looking design with the unique lighting throughout. Me and my wife and kids were able to host Christmas dinner with family for our first time , and loved it . We look forward to doing it again and would definitely stay at the location in the future!!

Comfy and classy

Senior trip with my son for some golf. We stayed here as it’s located close to some golf courses we wanted to play. This is a well appointed property with quality accents and above average comfort. It is as good as it looks and as advertised. Great communication for this trip and we will be back again. FYI-It is on the 2nd floor, which is great, unless stairs are a problem.

Temporary Housing

We stayed while waiting for our house to be finished. We arrived from out of state late at night and very much appreciated how well appointed the unit was. We had everything we needed right away and we’re able to wait to unpack until the next day. The finishes throughout are thoughtful and practical. My son loved the theme! Stephanie was great to work with and very responsive to our questions. While the other unit around this building are not as well kept, the area is safe. No shopping/dining in the immediate vicinity really, but there is a lot of stuff within a quick drive. Great nature trail close to the unit - perfect for a bike ride or a run. Super close to Gate 3 at Redstone (less than 5 minutes).

Netflix Recovery

Great place to help our daughter recover from a surgical procedure. Our 24 yr old lives in Huntsville but we like it better when we are all under the same roof. She needed a week off to recoup & so we watched lots of movies on the big TVs, I cooked some of her favorite meals, & I had time & space to read one of the books among the ample selection. Very comfortable visit.

The host was great with all our questions. We had a problem with one of the commodes but the host took care of it right away. So all in all a nice stay.
