The other smaller unit have one bedroom and two bath, small kitchen and lobby with sofa bed for extra charge of 3500/month. The spa in the patio is an available amenity for the guest to fill and maintain. Host can do that for extra charge of $300. For the long stay of 30 days or more, guest to pay utilities.
