The person at the front desk. Gave us the wrong room. Someone was in the room. She acted weird about it. She wrote down the wrong room. Disappointing when it’s midnight and you are tired and want an easy and fast check in.

Dirty walls, refrigerator, smelled strange, towels and pillows smelled, TV remote control so dirty it took me 20 minutes to clean after asking it needed cleaned the day before. Soap was hard and smelled old. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Outside was dirty and sidewalks outside the lot door had cigarette butts mashed all over it. Key would work on first try after check in. Bed has a body rut in it. Guard at entry gate during night raining and none after that and not checking keys, ids, names nothing just stopping cars

I flew in from California to help out after hurricane harvey. I was not apart of any organization, as I funded this entire trip myself. I booked this hotel at 11am on on Friday via orbitz on the 1st of September. I then received a call at 930 pm from Orbitz saying that the hotel would not accommodate my reservation. So here I am after delivering supplies to shelters all day in the middle of a place I have never been, now without a place to stay. I showed up at the hotel anyway to get the low down on "the damage sustained from the hurricane." I saw nothing, I spoke with some people outside of the hotel that had told me the hotel was fine and had no damage. What I am guessing happened is that the clerk went ahead and gave away my hotel room. That hotel was not sold out by 11am, and why would they then call me at 930 pm to tell me all of a sudden it was gone? I understand there was a lot going on this weekend but I wish the hotel had handled this differently. It took me till 11pm and another $200 to find another hotel room to stay in for the night.

No issues at all. I would definitely stay here again.

I had to ask for soap, drinking glass, and eating utensils, Room was clean and in good shape,

The hotel had very thin walls. We could hear the person next to us snoring all night & their alarms kept going off.

As I was driving into the hotel and saw flashing lights so I figured something bad had happened and the police were there. Actually, it was their on site security. Not only do they have on site security the flashing lights make it look like the police are on site which is a good thing. The lady who checked me in was very friendly, the lobby and halls were clean as well as my room. The thing that can make or break a hotel for me is the bed. The linens were not cheap, the mattress was VERY comfortable and there were 4 pillows so I didn't have to ask for more. In the morning the coffee was actually good and didn't taste cheap. Overall, its a great value and I will be staying there again next week versus the other ones I use to stay at on IH-10 in Katy.
