Welcome to 38 Battery Road, located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation! This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within an easy bike ride to all attractions within the gated community. The single story home with an open floor plan has been wonderfully updated. The owners just added new windows so the view from the family room out to the pool is spectacular!

Upon entering the home, guest will find two spacious sitting areas which open to the kitchen. One features a wall-mounted, 56” SMART TV, plenty of comfortable seating and a large picture window providing a spectacular view of the pool area. The second is separate from the main living are by a partial wall and also has plenty of comfortable seating and a sliding glass door that leads out to the pool deck and backyard. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 8. The updated kitchen has a large island, breakfast bar which seats 4, stainless appliances and is well equipped with everything you will need on vacation. The open floor plan throughout this large living space allows for guest in each of the living area as and kitchen to interact with ease. In the event that you have to check your emails or do a little work while on vacation, there is a small office just off the dining area.

There are two master suites, one on each side of the home. The first has a large private bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and separate walk in shower, king bed, new bed linens and a new wall mounted 56" SMART TV. The middle guest bedroom nearby offers two sets of twin bunk-beds with new linens, reading lights with USB ports for each bed, and a wall mounted 32” TV. Centrally located to the main living area and middle guest bedroom is an updated full bath that is located in the hallway next to the bedroom. Down the hall, the second master suite has a private bathroom with a double vanity, and walk in shower. A 47" SMART TV and king bed with new bed linens complete the room.

The spacious backyard area features a private pool with waterfall feature, a number of seating arrangements.

Nice home in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was perfectly designed for my family of 4 plus my in-laws, with 2 master suites to allow plenty of comfort and pace. Well stocked kitchen, we cooked 1/2 our nights there and it was nice to have a grill as well. Pool was great, no issues during our stay.

Great home in a location that was within easy biking distance to the beach, Beach Club and Harbor Town. Amazing to have a gorgeous home that is also pet friendly - made for a perfect family getaway. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautifully updated and pet friendly

The property is nicely updated and clean. We enjoyed having a fenced yard for the dog. The property manager checked on us twice by phone. We did have an air conditioner issue and when we called they sent someone out to fix it within the hour even though it was 9:00 pm! We were very appreciative of the quick response. The pool is nice sized and we had it heated which was great. The po area does have a lot of mature trees that drop leaves, etc. so sweeping the pool deck frequently was necessary. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

Thanksgiving Week Stay

Had a great Thanksgiving week at this wonderful home. The property is very private on a quiet street and is fenced which is great since we brought our small dog. We paid to have the pool heated which we used in the evenings after playing golf and fishing. The kitchen is very well equipped for those that want to cook, even though we mostly got takeout meals. We really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay here again if coming to Hillton Head.

Great House!!

This house was perfect for our family (total of 5). The kitchen was wonderful and had more appliances, utensils and cookware than our own home! It is in a perfect location...about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 10 min ride to Harbor Town and South Beach. Upon check-in the house was very clean and 100% ready. The pool is a wonderful place to hang out after a day at the beach or just cool off in the afternoon. The fenced-in backyard was great for our small dog to roam around while we were in the pool. There is a small office in the back of the house perfect for staying connected. The only improvement we would suggest is upgrading the wifi router to a faster speed. With 2 teenagers and a 10 year old, the internet tended to bog down when all of them were on at the same time. Not a big issue as we were out and about most of the time. All in all, a great place to stay for the week on HHI!

Clean and Convenient

Our family has been going to Hilton Head every year for eight years and we have never rented the same house twice. But, that ends now! This house was perfect for our family of five and our dog. The house was spotless and well stocked. It was a central location and the beach, Harbor Town, and South Beach were all a quick bike ride away. The house is located on a quiet, private street. We especially loved the two separate sitting areas in the house. My husband and I could relax in one area while the kids watched TV in the other area. We really loved the pool, it is a nice size for Hilton Head and the back yard is fenced in. The rental company was fabulous and checked in on us when we first arrived. They were also great about returning an item we left behind.

Very nice 3BR 3bath home with pool in Sea Pines.

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice single story home in a quiet Sea Pines neighborhood. The two master bedrooms are nicely placed on opposite ends of the home for privacy with another bedroom and bath between them. The open floor plan looks out to the back yard which has a nice pool, heated for extra cost but we’ll worth it. The bonus...it is pet friendly so we were able to bring our small dog with us on this vacation. Hilton Head is generally pet friendly, but finding a nice place to stay can be a challenge. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn’t cook much while there. A gas grill is also available on the patio. The home is a short drive or bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club which has everything you need for a day at the beach. We also biked to The Salty Dog and Coligny Plaza, so it’s pretty easy to get around the island. The property management, Palmetto Sands, is very helpful and it was a breeze checking in and out of the home. The pool was serviced twice during our stay but you’ll notice that one of the features of Sea Pines is the woods...which means falling leaves and pine needles much of the time! Bring your own beach towels! The only down side to the rental might have been the flimsy bath towels that are supplied...motel grade all the way! We could have stayed another week, but all vacations always come to an end sometime!
