Fun, Clean, Spacious & Close to Everything! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, game room, projection screen for tv & movies, huge couch. 2-4 off-street parking spots in a quiet neighborhood. You get the entire daylight lit/walk out basement to yourself, complete with cooking ready kitchen and nearby grocery store. Great backyard with waterfall, patio and sitting area right off a park. 30 minutes to downtown SLC or skiing. 8 minutes to restaurants. Great for families or groups. Has everything you need.

The space
This bright, cozy space is set for relaxation, entertainment or a great spot to lay your head between local activities. It is thoroughly sanitized between each guest and is loaded inside and out with quality furnishings, games and comfy spots to gather and enjoy. The kitchen has cooking and food prep supplies. All bedding, towels, linens, toilet paper, hand soap and shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. There are 4 beds (sleeping 6 people) and 2 queen size air mattresses available. Tv in Master plus Projector in family room. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+. Board games and kids toys plus ping pong, air hockey and foosball. Wifi, keyless entry. Desk for working if needed.

Timpanogos Temple 10 minutes.

Great gathering spot

There was plenty of space for our group to spread out. We were in town visiting some of our grown kids and had a great time one night when they came by playing air hockey and ping pong. My granddaughter loved playing in the backyard. I really appreciated the host communication and she was great to help me when we needed some help the night we arrived after my granddaughter got sick. She really went above and beyond to help us out. She was also very responsive when we had a minor item pop up during our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back again next time we come to town.
