The staff was great, but the other aspects, like the room, weren't up to par, and we had to change rooms initially because my booked room wasn't cleaned. Thanks to the staff for helping out with that.

Room wasn’t clean when checking in, had to wait an hour. Then inside the room there was a ton of rotting trash from previous guests that wasn’t taken out by housekeeping. Paper thin walls so you hear everything. In the room above mine the individual would be stomping all throughout the night making it impossible to get decent sleep. The people that stay here long-term have no manners or regard for other guests. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Heating was not working properly and would shut off. Several times during the night I needed to get up because the air became cold and I had to turn the heat on. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Overall the facility was very clean and welcoming

The room was very clean. The bathroom and kitchen areas were very clean. I wish there were more towels in the bathroom and it could have used paper towels and tissues. These are suites after all. Netflix is listed on the TV but you can't get to it so fix that Shiz. The beds were very good and comfortable. Check in was problematic but luckily the desk agent was able to assist.
