Nora /katie need to be fired immediately they cause booking problems for staff that already paid & threaten them call them racial slurs she told one guest he was a stupid redneck & shouldn’t be listened to , in our case they says my Chiks deserved to not live through her horrible accident because of being Jewish - they refused maid service which is included & to change out l linens as required- we were paid in full yet they sold our room to some one else furcing us out thigh we were not a problem

Overall first impression was wonderful and when I got inside, the impression continued! The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and courteous, I would strongly recommend this location.
