We stay at this hotel at least 2-3 times a year and have always been pretty satisfied. But this time, not so good. As soon as we entered the room it had a musty smell to it like it hadn't been cleaned or occupied in a while. When my wife went in to use the bathroom there was dried urine on the toilet seat. The room also had a nice layer of dust on the seating and desktop. One of the mattresses had been flipped over, and being that they were pillow tops my mother and sister in law ended up sleeping on the springs which made for a very uncomfortable first night. We notified management first thing the next morning mainly because we arrived pretty late the first night and was very tired from the 5 1/2 hour drive there. They took care of the issue, but it should not have been one in the first place if the cleaning service had been done correctly the first time.

Nice Hotel, Good Value. I asked for a ground floor room and the hotel accommodated my request. The hotel staff greeted me with a smile. I would suggest this hotel to my friends.

Only really needed a place to sleep for a quick weekend getaway so this fit the bill. Room was a decent size but the floors were most definitely not swept from the previous guest and the window was smudged and dirty as well.

Room was fine for one night stay. Nothing nice, just average staff, room was dirty and everything smelled like cigarettes. Nice part was I was able to park in front of the room and get items from the car without having to take the baby with me.

Refrigerator broken in my room that I counted on for my medical needs. They said it did cool some, but they were wrong, It was just a piece of junk.

I was mortified to see the room, with no carpet or refrigerator. My wife and I booked with two young children and could not use a hotel crib because both were already being used, even though I requested one in my reservation. A 200 room hotel should have access to more than two cribs. After 15 minutes, we decided to leave and visit the Linglestown Comfort Inn, a short drive up I-81. The checkout from this pit was even more of a hassle than checking in. To their credit, as of this writing, they have not charged my card and informed Orbitz support that they would not.

Housekeeping terrible. Urine stains all over toilet, floor not vaccumed, lack of towels. Luckily we were just there for a short time.I know it's a cheap hotel but at least clean the toilet for the next guests.

We had a one night stay at the hotel, and were greeted by a professional and pleasant staff. Once we arrived in our room we were pleasantly surprised by the updated decor, but were immediately disappointed by the level of cleanliness in the room. It was certainly not filthy, however there was hair in the bathroom as well as on the bed. Ultimately we were happy that our stay was only overnight, otherwise we would have requested a refund.

Clean, Friendly, close to I81 and a warm sage feeling

Cleam, friendly, comforting and close to the hughway

Staff was not very friendly when trying to ask a question

clean, large and quiet room. convenient location close to major highways.

I needed a place to stay for 8 nights while visiting someone, and I wanted a convenient location and economical choice. The location was convenient for me, but I was pretty surprised and disappointed at the accommodations. The room was not clean (I would not walk on the floors in bare feet) and smelled like old socks, the main office smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that I could hardly breathe in it, and the amenities were so limited that there wasn't even a hair dryer. When I returned at night, the curtain to my room was always open a bit, exposing a view of my belongings, even though I had left the curtain closed. On the plus side, it was quiet (except for an annoying buzzing sound coming from outside the room). I will be returning to the area regularly but will definitely stay elsewhere.

I've been going to this event for the last 10 years and this hotel was aweful and dirty. The beds had dirt in them and there were tissues on the floor and spilt (what I assume) soda dried up on the table.

We wanted a night away from our roommates so we looked around and found a room at the Red Roof. It more than met our expectations. The staff were excellent Joanna met us with a smile at the desk and checked us in. The room was well maintained and beautiful. We will be back soon.

Have used this facility several times for business trips. Will continue to use!

Checked in, all good. Room was clean and everything expected was there (kudos to Sue and her staff). Location was less than 20 minutes away from wherever we wanted to go. Only negative was that WiFi was spotty and weak in our room.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Only needed a room for one night to sleep and didn't want to spend a fortune. I was very pleased with the room. It was much nicer and cleaner than I expected for what we paid. We will definitely stay here again when we're in town! Very modern room too!

First time stay at Red Roof Inn and I was pleasantly surprised. Room had two double beds, wifi, A/C and flat screen TV. Room was VERY clean and bed was so comfortable. No iron, hair dryer or coffee maker but I knew this before I reserved room. Mall and restaurant less than 10 minutes away and 20 minute straight forward drive to Hershey Park. Staff at hotel very warm and friendly.

The room was clean and good location. Very upset with check in. After being stuck in traffic for what should of been a 3.5 hour drive turning into a 6hour, getting to the hotel and being told I was already checked in, when I wasn't. Yes they had checked someone else into my room just because we had the last name. The front desk agent called the room and wanted the person to vacate the room because it wasn't there's. The agent was planning to give me a room that had people in it. I asked for another room. I was told that they were sold out and had no more rooms. After waiting half and hour the mistake was figured out and I was given a clean room. The agents on shift need to be aware of what they are doing. Kicking someone out of a room and expecting someone to be ok with taking a dirty room is unacceptable.
