Best Experience

This my family’s first time taken a vacation and getting a beach house and it was the best experience we have ever had! It was so good if get this same house again I loved it so much. Walking distance from the beach was the best part.

Totally Relaxing!

The property was better than expected. There was a nice beach area behind the house overlooking the bay! We had a boat with us that we parked at the pier bayside, also the gulf across the street and the cutest little pool ever in the front! The inside was nice and clean! Loved the outdoor shower and there is plenty of seating outside underneath so you will be dry if it rains. Plenty of parking for our boat trailer and truck! One vehicle under the house plus room for one more in the driveway!

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful week! The house was just as described. Just a few things like there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper. There were only 8 towels and the place sleeps 11. Also the fence going around the pool was about to fall down. We had a wonderful week.

Great property - Almost don't want you to know about it!

We absolutely loved this little slice of paradise. There were 9 of us total and plenty to do on the property. The pool is smaller in person than we thought it was BUT it is honestly more like a plunge pool. It was perfect. Amenities were great. Clean all the way through. Loved the view of the bay. Under the house, there are different areas to hang out, they even have a fun hook game that everyone obsessed over. The breeze off the bay was amazing for when you had too much sun. We would hang in the hammock, porch swing and the many chairs, under the house to enjoy the breeze under the shade of the house. There is even an outdoor shower that my teenage daughter could not get enough of. The actual Gulf side is in walking distance but not all of us are beach enthusiasts so someone would drop us off at the beach and pick us up when we were ready to head back. Never once did I hear any of the kids say they were bored. We had the most amazing and relaxing time. Going into Gulf Shores or Orange Beach was about 30ish minutes. Never seemed too terrible because we were busy admiring the scenery as we drove. Absolutely loved it. We actually plan to go ahead and book again for next year. The only negative thing that I would give a heads up to is the neighbors in the area are not exactly friendly. We made sure to keep it quiet when 10pm came along. Thankfully another review shared this information as well. We are a friendly group that like to say hi to anyone out in the area and they were not exactly warm and fuzzy. Nothing happened of course, but could for sure tell they were not into having "tourists" near by. So we were just considerate as anyone should be. Beyond that, we plan to be back. As my title to this review says, I almost didn't want to share how amazing this place is because we always want to be able to come back and create more amazing memories.

Great place!

This rental was great! We had a group size of 9. There was good fishing off the dock, easy access to the beach across the street, and the pool was perfect for those not interested in the ocean. The house was clean and everything worked. It was a perfect getaway for us!! **Note: I am receiving a gift card for this review, however, my review is accurate with or without the gift card.

Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic time at this property! The kids had fun fishing off the deck and swimming in the pool. The house was comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. The beautiful beach is a short walk away. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Spot For Beach Getaway

I rented this house for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect. The pool was a great addition and it was super close to a more private beach. We had a great time, the only issue we had was that I guess I didn’t read the fine print carefully enough and they have a car limit of 3, we had more cars than that and to figure something out the next day. There is also a neighbor nearby that will call the property manager if they are irritated with you. We did play some music the first night we were there too late at night and she was very angry. After we apologized and turned the music down (our bad) she continued to call the property manager and told them wildly untrue things about us jumping off the balcony into the pool and being way over capacity for the house (there were only 9 of us). Anyway, overall we had a great stay, just be sure to be respectful of the neighborhood and read the fine print!

Great Quiet Spot

The rental was just as pictured. My boys loved having the pool, it was the perfect size for them. A short walk to the beach but if you have small kids and a lot of stuff to bring I would suggest renting a golf cart or driving and trying to park instead of walking. We had some issues with the WiFi but was able to fix that within a day. All in all it was a great experience and we hope to return.

Perfect

Loved being on the bay side. The hammock with the breeze was a huge hit and the outdoor shower in the sun was pretty amazing also. It had all appliances needed from coffee pot to crockpot to margarita maker!!!!!

Great house

We have used this property before. It is about a 25 min drive from town. Great amenities, Nice neighbors. We discovered half way through our stay that the dryer heating element was out. It didn’t get fixed, and we had to hang dry our laundry on the porch deck. Boat dock is great, pool is great. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment.

Nice Little Quiet Place

Stayed for a short 4 day adult trip. Brought the boat and enjoyed having a dock to keep the boat for quick access. Short drive to the launch. This is a secluded location 15 miles from Gulf Shores which was perfect for us. Would absolutely book again.

Excellent!!!

This property is amazing. It was perfect for our family of nine. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Both the indoor and outdoor space had plenty of room. The pool is great for a quick cool off or just to relax in. We will definitely return.

Filth in Paradise

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Pool, windows, rugs, floors. There was a wad of gum stick under the kitchen rug. Whatever you do don't look in the stove drawer. After vacuuming, mopping, washing rugs we felt the need to wash all our bedding. We spent plenty on cleaning supplies not to mention our holiday time. Ramblng on we rented for a month. On day 4 a man from the water co. came to shut the water off for non payment but did not since we were renters. What if we hadn't been there? Later we went to town and upon returning the direct tv is showing on the screen call and make a payment for service to be restored. Which it was the next a.m. but it took another week for the internet to work again. Someone was always knocking. 22 days into our trip I had type A flu and bronchitis which lasted 17 days total. I informed the property person of this so hopefully the house would be cleaned thoroughly and disinfected for the next guests. Paying for professional housekeeping and an additional pet fee my husband and I expected much better. So aside from what mother nature blessed us with resulting with no fishing, no boating, no swimming and no beach time our whole trip was a bust. I guess we go back to bringing the motor home. Sorry I want to add that we are diligent in cleaning up our dogs doodoo and always wiping his paws.

Fresh clean and new

My family rented two houses right near each other for a Christmas long weekend celebration. This house was definitely the nicer of the two. Big kitchen, huge tv and big bedrooms with great view of water! Although we didn’t use pool bc it was cold - it looked very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, but could have been cleaner.

Everything was amazing at this location. The only complaint we had is the kitchen was completely dirty and unclean. But after cleaning the kitchen, we had a amazing time there. Would come back, but bring some disinfectant wipes. Pool was great as well. If not for the unclean kitchen I would give it 5 stars.

Couldn’t have asked for more.

The house was gorgeous and clean with tons of extras (books, games, Alexa, X-box). Management was super easy to deal with and quickly handled any issue that arose. We caught tons of small fish off the dock in the back and made many trips to the beach (exactly a 5-minute walk).
