Large rustic house for 4 people with private pool, garden and parking. Located in the municipality of Socorro in Guimar, Ideal to spend a few days of tranquility and rest and get to know the rest of the island. The house is in Socorro, it has a good connection to the highway so you can easily get to know the island.

The house has paid Internet (due to the geographical area of the Rural House, the house has WIFI for the most necessary), fully equipped kitchen, refrigerators, hair dryer, sheets and shower towels, garage space, and swimming pool.

Hemos pasado 4 días de total desconexión , muchísima tranquilidad , una casa muy acogedora ,alejada de cualquier ruido a la vez que a pocos minutos de autopista,centro del pueblo ,etc.Destacar lo más importante para nosotros que es que nuestros peludos hayan sido aceptados con total normalidad .La limpieza ,los detalles de bienvenida y la atención telefónica y wath shap con la empresa inmejorables.Esperamos volver pronto. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia maravillosa

Needs some TLC

The property is tired and very oddly arranged with kitchen, lounge/bed1/bathroom and bed 2 not interconnected, meaning you have to move outside between each 'room'. The fuse box, which controls the external lights and main electric gates is in a different, locked part of the property. The external lights didn't work on day 1 and then the electric gates also failed, trapping us inside the property until a maintenance man arrived at midday to access the fuse box and reset the gate and external lights. We could then get out. The oven didn't work nor the dishwasher. The owners knew this but didn't advertise the fact. I hope the cleaners enjoyed the pizza, as we couldn't cook it. Bed in main bedroom is a futon style, circa 25cm from the floor. For anyone not agile, this would be a real problem. I could go on but I am sure that you get the picture. Weather was lovely, pool clean and BBQ ok after a good clean. Cooking grills and other items just strewn in the weeds around the BBQ area when we arrived. Car is essential here as nothing within a 2 mile walk. You live and learn but we won't go back nor recommend. First time ever.

House in Guimar

It was a nice place with a swimming pool outside, huge kitchen - with all the facilities - very convenient, and place for sleeping. We had whole area only for us - so it was a big big advantage, and we were resting there really nice. The contact with manager was quick. I would recommend this property and will go there for sure with my family again.

Pasamos unos dias estupendos. En general estuvimos muy a gusto. Muy importante haber podido disfrutar con nuestra perrita de las vacaciones. Hay algunos detalles a mejorar, que hemos trasladado a la propietaria, esperando que para la próxima sea mucho mejor la experiencia.

Super Finca !!!

Diese Finca ist perfekt !!! Besser als jedes Hotel. Sehr viel Platz, kleiner Pool mit Liegestühlen. Kleines, aber sehr schönes, Wohnzimmer und sehr schönes Schlafzimmer.Wohnzimmer mit TV, aber nur spanische Kanäle. Allerdings sehr gutes WiFi. Nebenan ein weiteres Zimmer mit 2 Betten. Bad und Dusche super , mit Pflegeprodukten !!! Die Küche ist einfach nur SPITZE !!! Alles da, was man so benötigt, Pfannen, Töpfe, Teller und viel Besteck. Toaster, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Leider war der Backofen defekt. Das Eisentor, das direkt zum Innenhof der Finca führt, ist wirklich sehr schwer zu öffnen !!! Bushaltestelle Cam.Socorro ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort fahren die Busse zur Hauptstadt, Santa Cruz und in den Süden nach Los Cristianos. Ich war sehr glücklich hier wohnen zu dürfen !!!
