Beautiful Home w/ Hot Tub in a Private Lake Community
Welcome to Wildwood! The perfect place for those that truly want to relax in the foothills of the Berkshires all year round. Wildwood is a private, wooded, lake community where you'll enjoy 5 sandy beaches, all within 1 mile from the house and swimming in the pristine waters of Cranberry and Otter Pond. At Wildwood, you'll have access to tennis courts, hiking trails, shuffle board, basketball courts, pickle ball, swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just lounging around.
Along with all the amenities Wildwood has to offer in the spring, summer and fall, we're 20 minutes away from downhill and cross country skiing in the winter.
Our home is the perfect space for two families to share. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin trundle and a full bathroom. The second floor offers a queen size bedroom, two twin bedroom and another full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living room area which has two sliders leading to a spacious deck where you'll find a private 6 person hot tub and a grill for cooking. There's also a propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy during the cooler evenings. The basement has a family/game room complete with 50" smart T.V., DVD player, an assortment of movies, board games, air hockey, pop shot basketball and a foosball table.
