Cute comfortable & cozy
My husband and I took our sons to Gatlinburg for Christmas break and they loved the cabin. The view was beautiful, the hot tub was relaxing and the pool table made for good family fun. The cabin is close enough to everything you want to do, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The property management emailed us daily to let us know we could contact them if needed, however there was no need. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED WHEN I WAS TOLD AND EMAILED TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND NOT USE GPS! We arrived after dark and I almost drove off the side of the mountain with my family using Apple Maps (after which my son used the directions and Google maps and had no problems). My fault. Definitely book the cabin for your families vacation, very important- follow the instructions.

Remote location, very cute cabin
The cabin was very cute and the master bed was very comfortable. The cabin was much bigger than what we needed for just the two of us and could be comfortable for 4 people (2 children). Depending on weather, you absolutely need tire chains or a 4WD; I believe that’s mentioned in the booking. It takes about 30 min to get to gatlinburg or pigeon forge from the cabin, so it’s very secluded and away from the noise and traffic of the strip. Use the directions they provide bc there is poor service and you could lose GPS.
I gave 3 starts for cleanliness because the bathroom connected to the master bedroom was not very clean. There was dried toothpaste/soap residue on the walls and inside the storage mirror/cabinet above the sink. The towels on the jacuzzi didn’t seem like they’d been washed in a while and had dead lady bugs on them. There were dead lady bugs around the jacuzzi tub as well as live lady bugs flying around the cabin. Several light bulbs on the fixtures were out in the kitchen/dining area.
The hot tub was broken and this was not disclosed, so we were very disappointed with that. We tried the indoor jacuzzi but the jets did not work, which was also a disappointment. When this was brought to the property management’s attention, they responded ‘duly noted’ in their email, so they didn’t seem too concerned, although they sent multiple emails and texts wanting a 5 star review. Overall, it was not worth $900+ for 3 nights with amenities that were ultimately not useable.

Poor Hot Tub experience.
I have to say how disappointed we were to not have a hot- Hot Tub. It went up in temp from the starting temperature of 84 degrees by only 5-6 degrees each day. Finally by the evening of day 5 of our stay, it was 102 degrees. We enjoyed it for the first time day 5 of our 6 night stay.)
How very disappointing this was!
I did tell the management of the problem after night 2 when the tub was still luke warm at 90 degrees. They did not acknowledge our concern or even remotely apologize.
We feel cheated as we paid more for a cabin with a hot tub but only had the use of one two out of our six nights.
If the management had just tried to make some efford I would feel less cheated, as I know things can go wrong and people usually don't intend to be unfair. I did write the management twice concerning this issue- but the only effort from them was: "...please give us a five star review and we will be sure to do the same for you." I felt a bit put off by that remark.
The bed was very though, but i would not stay there again.

Needs Deep Cleaning
Our stay was pretty good besides some detailed cleaning that should be checked more often. The inner shower curtain for the downstairs bathroom had mold on it. For that reason we chose to shower upstairs. The downstairs bathroom shower head doesn’t work well, water comes out of the faucet and the shower head at the same time.
The hot tub did not work, at least adjusting the temperature the water was no where warm.
There was several broken tiles in the kitchen and by the jacuzzi tub. Also the staircase there is a hazard. I can’t tell you how many times I almost hit my head. (When we originally booked this trip, the area was opened. We were disappointed when we saw the main bedroom was enclosed.)
Needs some more lighting upstairs, we tried playing pool and had to keep the bathroom light on to even see. Also why are the beds just deconstructed bunk beds? The one would be impossible for me to get in and out of.
Deep cleaning needs to be done more often. I noticed multiple areas where cob webs have formed. The lighting/chandeliers, the side tables in the bedroom as well as the bed frame.
There was multiple electrical issues. Our first night we had the tv on and was heating up meals in the microwave, and the signal on the tv kept messing up when both were on. ( I have video proof). Also the main wood post/pole is split down all the way to the outlet, causing a hazard to small children.
I have taken several photos of the things discussed above.

Very Disappointing
Too many issues to list. The number one issue was communication was terrible. They emailed and texted and said if you you need anything to contact them and then when I texted or emailed no one would respond. Between that and the place not being very clean and in disrepair, I would not recommend this place.

Far enough away, but close enough too!
Great location, great views, and very relaxing! 20 minutes from downtown, so there’s no care or traffic nearby. The drive up the mountain was adventurous, but as soon as we got there, we saw two bears running up the mountain. Great stay, and the hot tub was perfect after hiking all day!

Absolutely perfect!
Checkin/out was very easy. They text me all the information I needed before we arrived. The cabin was clean and cozy! Perfectly secluded from the busy surrounding towns, yet a short drive to local attractions. The only suggestion I would have is to make sure there is an experienced driver behind the wheel when going up the mountain. Some of those twist, turns, and hills can be quite intimidating. Would definitely return to this or one of the other cabins with the whole family!

Beautiful, secluded and cozy getaway!
Close enough to the action, far enough out for privacy and quiet! Beautiful cabin with a hot tub and charcoal grill on deck, great jacuzzi tub inside with incredible views! The bed is comfortable with plush linens, the pool table and 80’s video games gave us hours of entertainment! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for an amazing getaway!

Unclean and dishonest
When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels in the floor, dirty sheets on the bed and trash had not been emptied. We eventually got someone there to clean with the promise of being refunded a night's stay. This was back in March and it is now nearly May. We have called numerous times and continue to get the run around. We held off on this review with hopes of getting our refund as promised but it appears this isn't going to happen. We have called at least 5 time and been repeatedly lied to.

Not disappointed
The drive up to the cabin was an experience of a lifetime, and in a good way! Minor disappointments with dirty Windows, drippy sink faucet and shower faucet maintenance. The fireplace is wood fired(byo) and there is a charcoal grill (which needed some maintenance)on the expansive deck. The view is as expected, spectacular! It would have been nice to have the option to raise the hot tub on the balcony a few degrees. Kitchen utensils are minimal. I would suggest a few Gourmet cooking pieces and some nice China. On a plus, it was easy to remember who's coffee cup was who's as there were only two and one was cracked. My only major fault was that the windows overlooking the fantastic view of the mountains were filthy. I understand that there was a severe Mountain storm just prior to our visit but even in the pictures on the listing you can see streaks which might be dismissed as in our case but they were there none the less when we took occupancy. To me , there is no excuse as I work for a chain of hardware stores that sells the equipment necessary to properly clean windows like those. The pool table was Beyond Compare. It was very well balanced. However, there was only one usable pool cue. The rest were missing felt tips. This just meant that we had to share, which was an amicable arrangement. However, if you find yourself on top of a mountain with one other person, you might find a clever diversion like a pool table very valuable. All in all, the cabin was the highlight of our trip.
