Very nice property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. The location is great, and surrounded with aspen trees that had all beautifully changed to gold. The house was clean with everything we needed. We've often rented in Frisco, and this was the best we've found!

Family trip( grandparents, children, grandchildren
We were so pleased with the house location on a quiet cul de sac with a short walk across a creek to a lovely park and playground. The house was clean with comfy beds, sofas and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all meals. It’s a short walk to the Main Street of Frisco. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in a great location
Very nice property in a great location. Right next to the Rec Path for easy access. Very close to Ten Mile Creek and Main Street Frisco. Easy access to everything in Frisco. Home in very good condition with some very nice bathroom updating and the best-appointed kitchen of any property we have stayed in. Made cooking very simple. Garage availability was essential and its was larger. Not having access to garage door opener was a negative though.

This beautiful home exceeded all of our expectations! The rooms were very well appointed and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The living areas were spacious and cozy. We especially enjoyed the one touch cozy fire in the living area. The location is perfect for walking access to everything - Main Street downtown, Dillon lake, cycling and hiking trails. The Frisco bike path is literally right out the front door. The charm of main street cant be beat. We enjoyed our evenings dining, listening to music in historic park on Thursday nights and grilling on the back porch.
Our ‘Go Tos’:
Hike Peaks Trail to Rainbow Lake and beyond.
Hike Mount Royal for the views – just know its steep
Cycle the bike path around Lake Dillon, to Breckenridge, and 10 Mile Canyon to Copper and on to Vail Pass.
If you are a runner, the peninsula offers some great trails and is a 1 mile jog from the house to the perimeter loop trail head. If you are really adventurous, get a trail map and run in the mountains. My favorite was peak 45 from Breckenridge to Frisco.
A big thank you to Michael, he is a great host. We truly enjoyed your home and look forward to returning next summer.
