This spacious house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space for family gatherings. Large, open kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed with views of the Winter Park ski area from the upper deck. Other four bedrooms have queen beds with closets and windows in each room. Each floor has its own bathroom with a tub and shower. Hot tub and grill on the main deck. The area is great for hiking, biking or skiing. The town of Fraser is nearby for any shopping needs. Plenty of room for parking at the house. 45 minutes to the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Quiet neighborhood with dark skies for stargazing. Grand County STR permit #103631.

Large clean home

We enjoyed our stay in this large and very clean home. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The home was well stocked with essentials to make for a great stay. Would love to stay again when in the area.
