Gorgeous mountain views of Byers Peak from your own personal hot tub, this immaculate townhome with garage is filled with natural light and is perfect for total relaxation. Ideal for 3 couples or 2 families with kids, located on the Winter Park/Fraser free in-town ski shuttle (just minutes from the ski slopes), and walk to grocery, breweries, restaurants, etc. Skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, hiking, biking, golfing, fishing and more. Quite hours strictly enforced from 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.

Master Suite (Bedroom 1) with a queen bed, jetted bath tub, and walkout private deck with hot tub. Secondary Suite (Bedroom 2) with a queen-over-queen bunk bed with bathroom (shower). Private Loft (Bedroom 3) with queen bed and single sofa sleeper. Additional third bathroom with shower on the main living level.

Other features include 2 furnished decks with mountain views to enjoy the sunset, a bright open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, radiant floors, and large dining table.
