Beautiful "Beach Themed" house with over 1,700 square feet. Main floor bedroom with 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. Screened-in lanai spans the entire back of the house with a huge sectional, dining table that seats 8 and a fire table for Florida's outdoor living with views of lake, fountain and abundant wild life. Living room has queen pull-out sofa bed, 2 leather recliners with a 65" flat screen TV. Only 7 miles from Ft. Myers beach with the restaurants, shops, nightlife and water sports or 7 miles from Sanibel and Captiva Islands with world-class beaches.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a lanai, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Relaxing Comfort

We had a great stay during our baseball tournament. The kitchen is well stocked with spices. The living spaces inside and outside are very comfortable. We especially enjoyed beginning our day with coffee on the patio. Watching the birds on the pond was a great way to start the day. Sunset over the pond was also relaxing after a day at the ballpark. I would definitely stay here again.

Second Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Jill has everything you need for the stay from a stocked kitchen to beach towels and chairs. When walking through the front door we felt like we were at home. We spent most of our time out on the lanai and at the main pool.

We were displaced by Hurricane Ian and needed a place to stay until we could figure out next moves. The owner actually cancelled their plans of coming for Christmas so we could have the unit through the end of the year. Inviting and homey and located close to amenities.

Wonderful home to spend Florida winter in for us! Great location. Owner easy to communicate with and very understanding when we were late arriving due to medical issue. The screened lanaia is amazing! Spent most of our time there enjoying the water view and all the various birds. We'll miss that up north. Thank you, Jill, for sharing your home.

Great Property

We truly enjoyed the house and it is comfortable to stay at. Jill has everything you need to complete your stay, all you need to bring is your clothes and personal items. The area is a short drive to the beach and there are two pools in the allotment.
