Enjoy the beautiful, coastal casual vibe in this 2 or 3 bedroom monthly rental located in vibrant activity-filled Pelican Preserve - Ft. Myers, Florida’s best 55+ community. After you soak up the sun and fun at one of the two outdoor pools, play pickleball or tennis, workout in the fitness center, relax at the spa, dance at a concert, walk the nature preserve, or dine at one of the on-site restaurants, return to your quiet and palm tree lined lanai to reflect on your day. The home is newly painted and furnished in 2025 with tile flooring throughout the main living areas. A King bed awaits you in the master suite with a walk in shower, double sinks, separate WC, and walk in closet. A 2nd bedroom with a Queen size bed is on the opposite side of the open and airy Great Room. The 2nd bath features a shower and tub. The den easily converts to a 3rd bedroom with a queen size, gel-mattress sleeper sofa and french doors. A generous island with comfy seating for 3 is the hub of your mealtimes in the modern, well-equipped kitchen. Entertain at the dining room table for 8 or on the lanai with shaded table seating for 6. **
