Beautiful Gulf Front Condominium with great amenities and access to beach. Next door to Bowditch Park and within walking distance to the Time Square Area, Pier, Restaurants and shopping. Our one bedroom/ one bathroom unit has all the essentials of home to make this your perfect beach vacation. The great room setup includes a large family room area, dining area and kitchen, all over looking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a bedroom with a king bed and TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower setup. Other amenities include Free WiFi, towels and linens, sleeper sofa in family room, on-site laundry room (coin operated), free parking, key-less entry, new dishwasher, large heated pool and direct beach access - sand at your door step. Make this your next beach vacation spot!

Total relaxation

Ten days of relaxing with family. My two sons and their families also rented in the building and we had so much fun. The view, the beach and the short distance to the restaurants and shops were great. I would definitely rent again.

Nice condo, bathroom needs updated and some furniture. Overall good place to stay. The washers and dryers broke while we were there and took days to fix so that is an issue.

Great condo!

The condo and its location is one of the best places to stay in Ft. Myers. The condo was accurately shown in the pictures. The lanai was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. It was great to be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. The only suggestion would be to fix the tub/shower. It seems to be an accident waiting to happen. The floor of it is not level and actually has a very abrupt downward slant towards the faucet end.

Property has probably the worst sofa imaginsble. As an owner of a New Jersey shore rental property, I would be embarrassed to offer a property for rent with such a poor couch to sit on. Also, whoever rents a property with no garbage disposal. Whoever owns this unit wants to put nothing into it.

Winter Escape

Great location and an amazing view of the gulf. Quiet place with a nice pool. Yet still close enough to downtown center to walk the beach or take the tram that picks you up right outside the parking lot. Would stay there again anytime.

Perfect Location

Free Trolley right at the park to take you to the Pier. Nice quiet location. Condo could use with a better cleaning around floor and baseboard. View from Balcony can't be beat.

10 days of Bliss

This is our 3rd time staying at this address. Our condo this time was clean and nice. We love the location! However this condo’s shower was disappointing, we are both 6 ft. Tall and it is not user friendly. Showerhead was way to low. and our bed linens were very worn, to the point of holes in them. So just need a bit of tweaking the details for the next guests.

Location is great

Location is great, right on the beach...other than that, I wouldn’t stay again. Air wasn’t working when we arrived...we notified manager and his response (the next day) was that he knew and had someone coming out to look at it. He told me he sent someone over the night we arrived but no answer at the door. Yes, the a/c guy knocked on our door at 1030pm (with no warning) when my 1 year old and husband were sleeping and scared the crap out of me, I didn’t answer! Then after being told that I would get a call back to be told when he would be coming again, no call...guy showed up right after stepping out of the shower. Very poor communication!!! The bathroom plug didn't work. The standing fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Breaker kept tripping for the kitchen. Was not satisfied for the price.
