Royal Pelican #471 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom monthly condo that is located near the south end of Fort Myers Beach, with stunning views of the island canals. You can watch boats all day from your private screened-in balcony, or enjoy many of the other amenities around Bay Beach Lane!
Royal Pelican is part of the Estero Bay Improvement Association, which gives guests access to all EBIA amenities on Bay Beach Lane, including a fishing pier, bocce, pickleball and tennis courts, plus biking/walking nature paths. There is also dedicated beach parking near the roundabout for communities on Bay Beach Lane with deeded beach access just across the street! Making accessing the white sandy shore of the Gulf pretty easy.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has two twins. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is a washer/dryer available to guests in the unit as well. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage and counter space. Make Royal Pelican your next home away from home!
This property requires 30-night minimum rentals. Multi-month rentals are preferred. This property may be available for long-term rentals, if you are interested please inquire.
Renters are required to complete a rental application for the association which includes a background check. As part of the application renters will need to provide a $150 Application/Registration fee. This fee is included at the time of booking, and is non-refundable. Rentals are conditional upon approval by the association, association requires a minimum of 20-day lead time for application processing.
