DIRECT OCEAN VIEW! Just steps from the beach! Estero Beach and Tennis Club #102B is just one floor up from ground level and is a lovely unit near the south end of Fort Myers Beach.

This gem was completely renovated after Hurricane Ian and features beautiful kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ceramic tile flooring throughout. The bedroom area has ample storage, a king-sized bed, and a fabulous Gulf view. The couch pulls out into a comfortable full-size sleeper sofa, allowing a max occupancy of 4 guests. Off the living room is your private balcony with seating to enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages!

We provide all linens, including bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Other amenities include beach chairs and umbrella, beach wagon, and tennis and pickleball! If you need a break from the sun and surf, the TV has cable and Roku guest streaming services.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club has pickleball and tennis courts, a large pool, and direct beach access for lounging or exploring the many miles of FMB’s famous Gulf shore. There is a pay-to-use laundry room located on the ground floor of each building in the complex. The laundry machines accept coins or credit cards via the PayRange app.

This unit requires an access code, which will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.

During high season (from Christmas to Easter), we rent from Saturday to Saturday. There is a $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
